Within the first 90 minutes of my day the following happens: I wake up around 7:30am, I brush my teeth, I drive to grab a caramel flavored iced coffee, and I sit down in front of my computer and begin to edit whatever project I’m currently working on. Read more>>

I usually wake up around five every morning and within fifteen or twenty minutes I’m out the door on a sunrise walk to the beach or I’m jumping in the car to head up to my favorite hike twice a week. Getting outside for the sunrise is a non negotiable for me and it makes me so happy. Read more>>

Though things can change regularly as a cartoonist, I try to stick with my morning routine to get me in the groove of the day ahead. First and foremost — coffee. I nudge myself out of bed around 5 AM every morning and grab a cup of joe to get me moving. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of my day are a blend of ritual and roulette. I sip strong tea like it’s a sacred potion, hoping it’ll grant me the clarity to distinguish spam from actual tour requests. My inbox is a surrealist gallery—one moment I’m fielding vendor quotes, the next I’m being offered $1 million by strangers with suspicious generosity. Read more>>

I wake up with 130 pounds of Rottweiler leaning on my face. This is her idea of an alarm clock. We’re early risers. She licks me like a lawsuit waiting to happen and I try to explain boundaries, but she’s a dog, so HR isn’t involved. I put on the walking pants — there are specific pants for this — and we head out. Back to sleep 🙂 I wake up at 5am and go back to bed until 8:30, when I rise to make a coffee and eat potato chips. I take the first morning hit of the vape. I watch TV in bed for 4-5hrs and cuddle with my cats. I visit my Cyberhorny project and lament what to post. Then I swim in the pool. Read more>>

First I wash my face and brush my teeth… Then sit and meditate then pray. Get my outfit ready for the day. Get dressed, do my hair… Then depending on how I am with time, I make coffee and breakfast, but most times I make it to go. Read more>>

I’m an early riser, I naturally wake up around 5:15am without an alarm. I like to start my day with a cup of coffee and taking my dogs out before getting on the Peloton for 20 minutes. While I ride, I use that time to get a head start on my day by answering emails and managing the multiple social media accounts I oversee. Read more>>

The first part of my day really sets the tone for how I feel. I usually begin with 5–15 minutes of gratitude meditation, sometimes while using my light therapy laser (red, infrared, or violet) on my face, neck, or one of my detox organs to give my body and subconscious a gentle boost. Read more>>
