Good morning Julie, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first part of my day really sets the tone for how I feel. I usually begin with 5–15 minutes of gratitude meditation, sometimes while using my light therapy laser (red, infrared, or violet) on my face, neck, or one of my detox organs to give my body and subconscious a gentle boost. I set out my nutrients for the day—things like CoQ10, urolithin A, probiotics, or whatever my current program calls for. Movement is a must, so I’ll hop on my Power Plate, do a cold plunge, or dive straight into working with clients. Some mornings I keep fasting, with just coconut water or Perfect Aminos, and other times I’ll enjoy a small cup of mineral-rich coffee with coconut oil and a sprinkle of pink salt.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello! I’m Julie E Health. For over 40 years I’ve been blending holistic nutrition, functional medicine, energy healing, QRA, and fitness into practical tools that make feeling good much easier than most people realize. I work with individuals one-on-one, teach group classes, and speak publicly to help people transform their health in simple, effective ways.
Over the years, I’ve helped women overcome infertility and start families, supported kids in turning around challenges like eczema or low energy, and guided women to glide through menopause without symptoms. My own health journey has been a big inspiration too — I’ve measured my telomeres as 30 years younger than my age (twice!), and my son made it all the way through school without ever missing a day for illness.
What makes my work unique is that I love turning complex science into easy, everyday practices that anyone can use to feel their best. I’ve created a 3 Step Model that builds a foundation upon which health is truly easy
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
I first felt truly powerful in high school, teaching fitness classes and seeing people light up as they followed my lead. By college, I was running a weekly aerobics and strength class in the dorms—and the room was always packed! Feeling everyone move, laugh, and push themselves because of something I created—it was electric. That’s when I realized the thrill of inspiring others and owning my influence.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell my younger self: you are already successful—no one else’s approval is needed. Life’s challenges are shaping you, not breaking you, They are happening ‘for. you’ not ‘to you’. And if you don’t have as much as your friends, that’s okay—it just gives you something to reach for. You can be anything you want to be – there are truly no limits.

100%! I’ve always been fully authentic. I started focusing on health and fitness in high school, and that passion has only grown over the years. I teach people to make health a hobby, not a chore, and to enjoy every day—and that’s exactly how I live my life. I’m happy to let that show in the public world!

I hope people say that I truly helped them understand where illness comes from and how to heal. That I taught things no one else had, guiding people to heal from conditions they thought were impossible. I hope they remember me as someone who changed healthcare by sharing knowledge that empowered others.
