As Sasha Campbell steps into more speaking engagements, it reflects a natural evolution of her business—from hands-on organizing to sharing her expertise on a broader stage. With a growing team of 10, her company now offers expanded services like move management, full home setups, and even holiday decorating, all designed to remove stress and save clients time. Focused on creating seamless, start-to-finish experiences, Sasha continues to build a business centered on transformation—turning overwhelming spaces into fully functional, organized homes with ease.

Sasha, with upcoming speaking engagements at Davidson College and Freshwater Design and Build, how does stepping into the role of guest speaker reflect where your business is headed right now?
I love it! I love engaging with the audience. I am a lifelong learner and I love sharing the information that I have learned from being a professional organizer. I am still helping people get and stay organized, but now on a larger scale.

Your team has grown to 10 people—what has that expansion made possible for you in terms of services, capacity, or client experience?
I am blessed to have the team members that I do. Each one of them brings value to what we can offer. We can now schedule jobs sooner for clients and offer more weekend appointments. Our jobs can also get done in a faster time frame, without sacrificing quality work.

You’ve introduced new offerings like unpacking and new home setup, holiday decorating, and takedown—what client needs or trends inspired these additions?
We offer various home services, all designed to make your life easier. One of our most popular services is our new home set up. Can you imagine moving into your wonderful new house and be stressed and overwhelmed with all that has to be done to make it a home? We can literally unpack every box for you, allowing you to start making memories in your house, rather than waiting weeks or months to feel settled.

Another service we offer is holiday decor set up and take down. Life only gets busier during the holidays. We found this was a real need to ease the stress of the holidays.

When you describe your company as full service, handling everything from planning and shopping to decluttering and donation removal, what does that level of support mean for your clients day to day?
In a phrase – it’s stress relief. Clients can contact us to handle everything. The job does not need to be pieced together. We can handle it all from start to finish.

Looking ahead to the next few months, what are you most excited about building or refining as your services continue to evolve?
I love move management. The planning, the transformation—all of it! The transformation from blank spaces to a fully functioning and organized rooms is powerfully satisfying.
