Meet Arshineh Olson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arshineh Olson.

Arshineh, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Working in the entertainment industry as an Executive Assistant was fulfilling in my mid to late 20s. I enjoyed the work I did and learned a lot. In 2016, I married the most amazing man, and in 2018, we had our first daughter, Ella. It was then that I made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom. For the next three years, I watched my daughter develop, learn and grow. Soon we welcomed a second baby girl, Sophia, and our family was now complete. I soon started feeling the urge to re-enter the workforce. I wanted to build something, to become something, to show my girls they have a go-getter mama. The idea of becoming a Real Estate Agent has always lingered in my mind since I was a young working girl out of college. My only real estate experience was buying a condo with my husband, and then our little starter home. In the last year, my husband and I began investing in other real estate with our first two short-term rentals. From then, things started to look more clear. Real estate became a path with endless opportunities, and I took the first step by studying for my Real Estate Salesperson license. I passed my exam in 2021 and started working in 2022. It’s only the end of Q1 and I’ve already acquired so much knowledge and many new skill sets. I’m working with like-minded people, talented people, and in an industry with so much to offer. I’m in the business of helping people, with a long-term goal of helping my family. Like most people, I’d like to stray away from the 9-5 corporate culture and offer my family a better work-life balance. Spending more time with my husband and children and giving them better childhood memories is my goal.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s always difficult embarking on a new journey, especially when you have young children. They’re so extremely cute and loveable, but they require a lot of your time and energy. It’s been challenging splitting my time with the girls and work, but you find a way to make it work. I dedicate myself fully to my work during their preschool/daycare hours and try my best to keep my schedule open to them for afternoon activities. Finding the perfect balance is what makes the dream work.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I love helping people find homes they love. It may be a starter home, it may be a forever home, it may be their dream home. I’m here to simplify the home-buying/selling process and assist in the decision-making.

What matters most to you? Why?
In real estate, they always ask you what’s your big “Why?” For me, as you can already tell, it always circles around family. My family is the most important thing to me. Deciding to spend a few years at home nurturing my girls, teaching them, and watching them grow is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My husband was, is, and always will be my rock! He’s supported me in everything I’ve done from day one. Being able to make a name for myself, establish a business, and give the both of us more free time for family is my ultimate why. I’m not here to be the average Real Estate Agent, I’m here to kill it! Hotshot Real Estate Agents are playing the game and building businesses and teams that help them earn millions in revenue – offering them a path to step out or work fewer hours. That’s my goal. I’m next. I’m building a business to support my family, above and beyond, and allow more freedom to enjoy the finer things in life. That’s my big “Why.”
