Rising Stars: Meet Tim Storey of Newport Beach/ Virtually

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tim Storey.

Hi Tim, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up in Compton, California, one of the toughest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Losing my father at a young age could have defined my story, but instead it ignited something in me. I watched friends go down paths with no good ending and made a decision early on that my life was going to mean something.
I started speaking, coaching and ministering, connecting with people from every walk of life, from children in some of the world’s toughest places to celebrities, executives and world leaders. What drove me then is the same thing that drives me now: helping people remember who they are and that their story is never over.
Today I’m an author, speaker, life coach and the founder of Lead With Love, a movement built around the belief that your best chapter is still ahead of you.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not, and I wouldn’t trade the journey for anything.
There have been seasons where everything I built felt like it was shifting beneath my feet. Moments where doubt got loud and the weight of life was very real. But those were also the moments that shaped everything I now teach. I’ve had to live the message before I could preach it.
The setbacks didn’t define me. They prepared me.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in helping people make comebacks. That’s what I’m known for, I’m the Comeback Coach.
Through one-on-one coaching, Masterminds, speaking engagements, my podcast The Miracle Mentality, and now Real Storeys a Hollywood-quality cinematic documentary series built around the real journeys of leaders and entrepreneurs, my work is about helping people expand their vision and step into what’s possible when purpose meets God’s plan.
What I’m most proud of isn’t any one achievement, it’s the people. The ones who came in broken and left believing again. That’s everything.
What sets me apart? I’ve lived it. Every word I speak comes from a real season, a real lesson, a real breakthrough.
We also have an incredible Mastermind coming up in Scottsdale, Arizona October 17-18 for anyone ready to take their next chapter seriously. For more information feel free to reach out to our team directly.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I’d like to share that we are all going through recovery and discovery at the same time. It’s important not just to stay in the recovery zone, thinking about your past. You must pay attention to the discovery zone and all the magical things that are happening around you every day.
