Today we’d like to introduce you to Anabel Vizcarra.
Hi Anabel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Moved from Mexico to California at the age of 9. Oldest of 4 siblings, I built a successful Real Estate career at the age of 19. Began my search for deeper meaning after my American Dream crumbled leaving me in workaholism, eating disorders, divorce, financial ruin. What I had worked so hard to build was obliterated in a matter of months.
I started by enrolling in an Ayurvedic Practitioner program to find my harmony in my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The leading question now became … What will I teach my son success is? Since I had been so wrong in how I had taken it on.
I went on to deepen in ayurvedic body therapies, which, in a series of events, led me to Shamanism. Most specifically, Womb Shamanism is the oldest recorded and believed to be the origin of all shamanic paths. Within this time, I also incorporated Quantum science wisdom with teachers like Bruce Lipton and Gene Keys Wisdom as an ambassador.
After over a decade of deep experiential learning, mentoring & assisting incredible teachers, I launched my own practice where I am deeply passionate supporting women reconnect to their body intelligence for healing, remembrance, and feminine empowerment.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Facing my own wounding, stories and defense mechanism has been the most challenging. Shifting inherited and reactive mechanisms, which operate mostly unconsciously, has been the greatest challenge. It is deeply unsettling to realize that, in many ways, we are both responsible and unaware of our own suffering. Being honest with myself has been the most challenging and most rewarding aspect of the ongoing journey into wholeness. I have learned that whilst outer wealth and success are incredibly important, it can only be sustained and truly authentic by the inner wealth of availability, self-respect, and discernment. This is where I am finding my greatest fulfillment.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Women come to me looking for a deeper connection to their bodies, healing of unhealthy patterns and addictions, and greater fulfillment in their work & relationships. I am most proud of the way I embody and invite others into exploring the full spectrum of their lives in order to find what their authentic self is and reconnect to their divine source. Often, we find coaches of facilitators who focus on one aspect whether that’s money, sensuality, mental health, leadership, etc. In my body of work, these are all byproducts and limbs of the core longing that is to awaken to the souls calling and dissolving all that is in the way of that endeavor. I know that when women reclaim their communion with the greater story they are here to embody, all other aspects of their lives naturally realign to this commitment, and they are able to find harmony. The harmony of being in mastery of their humanity (empowered) and the mystery of the eternal (surrendered).
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I have unshakeable trust that I am guided by a benevolent Godforce.
I embody an approach to challenge that allows me to keep evolving and trusting the changes that are a natural state for all species. I continue to grow my bandwidth for joy and love through the willingness to engage in what most of us are taught to avoid or run away from Grief and fear.
