Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah Wright.
Savannah, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Growing up with both my parents as bodybuilders, fitness was always engrained in my mind. I always had the basic knowledge to take care of my body, just wasn’t sure how to. Senior year of college, I was bored of the same workout routine (cardio and a little bit of weights), so I joined CrossFit club.
I learned to lift heavy and do high-intensity workouts! Once I graduated and moved down to California, I found myself having more time on my hands since I was a remote worker, not needing to commute, etc. I started researching Bikini Pros through youtube and eventually created my own workouts to change my body to look like theirs (all without having to compete).
I started posting on my Instagram about my workouts, and I was flooded with messages of women trying to get into shape. From there, I created a PDF workout that was a replica of what helped me alter my body and it took off from there! Essentially, I just wanted a way to help mass amounts of women all together in a PDF!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I have struggled to stay consistent for sure. For a while, I stopped posting my routines because I found myself caught up in my own head. When you enter this business, there’s always someone leaner, stronger, etc than you and for a while, I was scared to go after it because I was nervous of getting judged.
Finally, I bit the bullet and am pursuing something that’s fun for me to teach others! I want to help women get out of that rut that I was in!

My company is a two-month online training guide for women to get in shape with high-intensity cardio and weights! Planning your routines out is hard so sometimes its refreshing to follow a guide! I also include a booty burner PDF for those that don’t want to alter all of their routines but just wants some tips and tricks! 🙂
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Moving to California, I was able to meet a few personal trainers that have influenced me along the way! Always encouraging and giving me tips to get better.
