Hi Rebekah, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had an interest in process. I think it starts with personal preference – I am always trying to find a way to do things more efficiently. Transferring that energy into any job I’ve had and also talking to friends about their businesses and helping them create a better workflow.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For me, the struggles are what have made me figure out better processes.
There are struggles, but it is also a smooth road. I find that with each day, with each interaction and even on days that you rest you are always making progress. Sometimes that progress feels like a struggle but again, those are the times that force you to think differently and figure it out, or… rest.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Talk to everyone. Learn from everyone. There is always something that you are good at that you can apply to each situation you are in. You are in each room for a reason. Everywhere you go, who you meet and what you see is not by mistake. You are meant to be there and learn or give.
