About 12 years ago, the owners met on a job site while working for the same client – different projects in the same house. What began as a simple introduction quickly grew into mutual respect for each other’s workmanship and standards. They stayed in touch over the years, and eventually joined forces to create Pacific Home Renovation. Today, that partnership continues to drive the company’s commitment to quality, reliability, and results homeowners can trust.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most growing construction companies, some of the biggest challenges early on were navigating city permitting, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining consistent quality while scaling. Each project and each city comes with its own requirements, which required us to become extremely detail-oriented and adaptable.

Over time, those challenges became strengths. They pushed us to refine our systems, strengthen our team, and stay hands-on with every project. Today, that experience allows Pacific Home Renovation to manage complex projects efficiently while maintaining the level of quality our clients expect.
