Meet Dre Davis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dre Davis.

Dre, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started rapping back in my hometown Memphis TN. Had the opportunity to perform some really good shows at major venues such as New Daisy Theatre and Minglewoodhall. I had the opportunity to open up for many artists even opened for machine gun Kelly on his Lace up tour I then started having people reach out to me about modeling and at first, I wasn’t too much into the idea but shortly after doing my first photoshoot I pretty much just fell into it. In 2016, I moved away from Memphis to San Francisco. I then began book photos with well-known photographers in the industry in various states my social media following began to grow. The following year I moved to L.A where I signed my first modeling contract with Bicoastal Management. I began to get more involved with acting and back to music which is still in the works now. Huge things are up ahead!

Has it been a smooth road?
It definitely has not been smooth but I believe it’s been as smooth as can be for me. Working a 9-5 has its cons it can really get in the way of things such as auditions and events and shoots you get booked for. Trying to build the right relationships with the right people is definitely important but will take some time.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I am a Model, Rapper, Actor. I am best known as model and social media influencer. I am most proud of my ability in being multifaceted and being able to began the Dre Davis Brand. What set me apart from others is my ability to not only be multifaceted but how I fit so well into the setting of being everything that I am.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
