Today we’d like to introduce you to Derrick Ingram
Hi Derrick, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In my life I’ve had a lot of trial and error to get where I am today
I always thought I would make it to fulfill my childhood dream of being a pro athlete and got as far to playing division 1 football, This was something that was fun but due to injury I couldn’t keep going. After playing ball for 15 years I thought this was the end. I already went through not being recruited like I thought I should / deserved. Went through the struggles of being a star player in HS to a Nobody in college. But I knew I couldn’t let that break me.
With that dream being crushed it made me realize that I’ve always had a passion in fashion. I started my fashion entrepreneurial journey back in 2019 when me and my cuzzo “Vee” started a business called DNVKICKS.
We had our store in Los Angeles Ca near where I grew up so it was definitely a full circle moment. After being overlooked in sports, we felt we were finally getting some recognition for what we put time into !
We thought that would definitely be our path just owning a store and reselling shoes -luckily, we were wrong.
After some unfortunate incidents within the shoe game we decided it would be best to part ways from reselling and instead build our own personal brands/ businesses that we can use former experiences from dnvkicks to take it to that next level

Came about
This is just the beginning and I plan to go very far in the fashion world

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Always hard to find balance with family and business. Especially living far away from a lot of my family sometimes it feels like I don’t communicate well with them. I do believe that separation is one of the key factors to building something. Being in your own headspace definitely helps creating clothes and different concepts for what I do. As time progresses people will understand that LONEWOLF is more than just a brand and that this is some thing that was created to build a foundation for those who need that extra push. The whole point is to communicate to one another we just have to build to that point first. Until then I would say that is something that has been hard to adjust to.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an entrepreneur,
Known for not giving up
And being a genuine young man – the most I can be proud of is having a good head on my shoulders and being the person I say I am.

Only time will tell and I am excited to show everyone what I’ve been working on.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I am blessed to be in the position I am in today. I have accomplished things at such a young age and and grateful for each lesson, from being able to experience D1 football, opening a shoe store with one of my closest people in life, and now this new venture that has been doing great and I just want to give
100 percent all glory to God.
With out him I am nothing and I will always publicly let that be known.
