We’re looking forward to introducing you to Bianca Bonciu . Check out our conversation below.
Bianca, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are very intentional and slow — they’re about setting my energy before I touch the world. I start with stillness: no phone, no rush. I usually take a moment to breathe, check in with my body, and express gratitude, even if it’s just mentally. Mornings are when I reconnect with myself — a walk, light movement, stretching, or simply watching the light change outside while I drink my tea. I love letting inspiration arrive naturally rather than forcing productivity right away. This space helps me feel aligned, creative, and centered before I move into work mode. I’ve learned that how I begin my day determines how I experience the rest of it, so I protect that time fiercely.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers?
I’m Bianca Bonciu : an actress, voice-over artist, singer-songwriter, author, and creative entrepreneur. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling, music, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve brought stories to life through film and voice-over, and more recently through my music and writing, all guided by the same intention: empowerment, joy, and authenticity.
My latest project, Stardust, is a pop/dance album inspired by inner strength, self-belief, and transformation. It’s music meant to move people — to dance, to feel, and to reconnect with their own light. That idea of “sparkle” sits at the heart of everything I create, whether it’s music, my self-love book, or my podcast. I’m currently expanding this creative universe by blending art, sound, and storytelling in a way that feels playful, soulful, and deeply human.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that believed I had to constantly push or stay in motion to be worthy of success. That version of me cultivated resilience, devotion, and a deep commitment to my dreams — qualities I still carry with me today. But I’ve learned that creativity doesn’t come from exhaustion; it comes from alignment. Releasing the need to overwork or force outcomes has opened the door to more ease, trust, and freedom, allowing me to create from a place that feels both grounded and true.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me how to stay open when it would have been easier to close. Success can reflect light back at you, but suffering is the fire that reshapes you from the inside. It taught me compassion, humility, and emotional depth, and showed me that my worth isn’t tied to outcomes. Resilience, I’ve learned, isn’t about enduring the flames : it’s about allowing them to refine you, without losing your tenderness or your ability to love.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would probably say that I’m deeply committed to living with intention : choosing love over fear, protecting my inner peace, and creating a life that feels aligned from the inside out. They’d say I value authenticity and meaningful connection, and that I care deeply about growth, joy, and emotional honesty. And they’d likely add that encouraging others to shine is something that fills my heart with joy, because I genuinely believe there’s space for all of us to rise.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m fully present, when nothing needs to be proven or accomplished in that moment. It’s often in simple spaces: walking outside, listening to music, creating without an agenda, or sharing an unguarded moment with someone I trust. Peace shows up for me when I’m aligned with my inner rhythm, when my body is relaxed and my mind is quiet enough to listen. That’s when everything softens, and I remember that being is just as important as becoming.
