Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Alina Nastase of West Hollywood

We recently had the chance to connect with Alina Nastase and have shared our conversation below.

Good morning Alina, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building is my inner world — the resilience, faith, and creativity that nobody sees on the surface. It’s the daily discipline of choosing alignment over fear, the invisible work of healing, and the courage to keep dreaming when doors seemed closed. People often see the roles, the projects, or the successes, but what I carry quietly inside — the strength to rise again, the compassion to stay soft, and the vision to create a movement like Paradelise (Will share more about it) — that’s what I’m most proud of. Because everything visible is born from what I’ve built in the unseen.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Alina Nastase, and I’m an actress, singer, and creator of Paradelise — a movement that blends cinema, music, and healing into one artistic language. I was born in Bucharest, Romania, and raised between Europe and the U.S. My journey has always been about transforming wounds into art, turning resilience into beauty, and celebrating the joy that comes from keeping an innocent, curious view of life.

What makes my work unique is that it lives at the intersection of performance and soul: whether I’m acting in a drama film, singing a 963 Hz activation, or writing a script like The Key, my intention is always the same — to awaken remembrance and guide people back to their own inner paradise.

Right now, I’m working on The Key, a supernatural romance, developing the Paradelise platform with cinematic reels and guided activations, and continuing my path as an actress in both Hollywood and Europe. My story is one of rebirth — rising again and again — and I want my art to remind people of their own power to do the same

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
The first people who saw me clearly before I saw myself were my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother carried a quiet faith that I was meant to shine and create, while my mother always reminded me of my strength, my voice, and my ability to bring light to others. They both held a vision of me long before I understood it myself. My father, in his own way, also shaped me deeply — he taught me about energy, reiki, and the importance of harnessing and understanding our own energy. Later on, mentors and directors echoed those reflections, but the very first mirrors of truth came from my family. They didn’t just see what I could do — they saw who I already was inside.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self: you are already enough, exactly as you are. Don’t rush to be accepted, don’t bend to fit into places that can’t see your light. The world might try to put you in boxes, but your essence was never meant to be contained. Trust your voice, trust your path — even when it feels uncertain. The innocence and curiosity you carry are your greatest gifts, never let them be dimmed. One day you’ll see that every wound becomes art, every fall becomes a rising, and every step is guiding you toward the woman you were born to be.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
The project I’m committed to, no matter how long it takes, is Paradelise. It’s more than a brand to me — it’s a vision, a movement, a living archive of art that brings people back to their inner paradise. Whether it manifests as films, music, voice activations, or retreats, Paradelise carries the essence of everything I believe in: remembrance, beauty, and rebirth, coming back to the inner home.

At the same time, my film The Key is a ever-evolving vision — a story that has been with me for 3 years and continues to grow as I grow. Both Paradelise and The Key are projects I know I’ll nurture for as long as it takes, because they’re not just creative works — they’re part of my destiny.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If immortality were real, what would you build?
If immortality were real, I would build a sanctuary of remembrance — a place where art, music, cinema, and healing come together to remind humanity of who we truly are. I would create timeless films, songs, and experiences that outlive trends and touch the soul across generations.

But more than buildings or projects, I’d focus on building a legacy of light — schools for children, platforms for artists, spaces where women reclaim their power, and communities that live in unity with beauty and truth. If I had forever, I’d dedicate it to making sure no one forgets their own paradise within.
