Hi Tracey, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My inherent fashion sense, passion for beauty, and drive for innovation led to the creation of Daringly Posh. I wanted to change the way people view nails—not just as an afterthought but as accessories and extensions of one’s outfit.

Before Daringly Posh, I frequently visited nail salons, spending significant time and resources to maintain my nails. When the pandemic closed salons, I decided to teach myself how to do my nails at home. Although rewarding, I found the process time-consuming and sought a more efficient solution. That’s when I turned to drugstore press-on nail kits. While they offered a quick fix, I found they didn’t meet my standards for durability, style, or the effectiveness of the glue.

This sparked my drive to create a press-on nail brand that didn’t just meet expectations but exceeded them. Daringly Posh is more than just about nails; it’s a celebration of diversity and individuality, empowering everyone to embrace their unique style with confidence. We believe the world is your runway, a place for bold, stylish self-expression. Our iconic press-on nails are designed to empower personal style with flair.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The path to where I am today hasn’t been without its challenges, but each setback has been a powerful learning experience and a catalyst for growth. One of the most pressing hurdles has been securing external financial support to fuel the expansion of Daringly Posh. While we are still exploring different funding options, we have remained committed to driving growth through strategic initiatives. This approach has helped us position ourselves for future success, and we are optimistic about attracting the right partners and resources to propel Daringly Posh to the next level.

Another significant challenge has been navigating the competitive retail landscape, where many retailers already have longstanding relationships with other press-on nail brands. Despite this, our determination to demonstrate the unique value Daringly Posh offers has only grown stronger. Early success with several local retailers, alongside ongoing conversations with others, highlights the distinct appeal of our products. We are energized by the momentum we’ve built so far and confident in our ability to expand our retail presence. As we continue to innovate and evolve, we look forward to building strong, lasting partnerships that will create meaningful impact in the industry.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was always drawn to the world of fashion, beauty, and self-expression. My personality was vibrant and curious, constantly exploring new ways to express myself creatively. I developed an early love for fashion, and I enjoyed experimenting with different styles and looks. Beauty—whether through makeup, fashion, or nails—fascinated me because of its transformative power; how a single accessory or detail could completely shift someone’s confidence and self-expression.

I’ve never shied away from standing out, and that sense of individuality and boldness has stayed with me. My love for beauty wasn’t just about the surface—it was always about how it made people feel empowered and confident. This passion for self-expression continues to fuel Daringly Posh, shaping our mission to empower others to embrace their unique style and individuality.
