Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Since as far as I can remember, I have always taken a keen interest in the occult and introspection. So when I entered my late teens, that interest branched off into Astrology. I began reading for myself, then my friends and coworkers, then complete strangers I would meet on a daily basis on errands or through my various jobs. People’s faces would be shocked when I would guess their signs just by interacting with them for a few seconds and by simply from the way they looked and behaved. My studies and research in Astrology and chart interpretation has spanned over ten years now, with over five years of application, practice, and monetization, resulting in my becoming one of the most top-rated Astrologers in Los Angeles and being considered for the Host of Glamour Magazine’s new celebrity-based Astrology web series. I also designed and printed out my business cards that helped to professionalize my practice more. By putting myself out there and introducing myself as a professional Astrologer, everything fell into place and materialized for me.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been and still is challenging to run a business and have it lift off. Of course, whenever any business starts up, it can be slow and financially rough at first. I was working retail for most of my vocational background and even pursued social work for a few years before deciding neither were for me. I especially did not feel fulfilled in retail because I was not utilizing my natural knack and talent in Astrology to help others. Referrals and reviews are integral to a local business, so I created a Google business page and began asking my clients to leave reviews. It was also discouraging at first to see so many Astrologers on various social media platforms, but the key is not to let that get to you, and so I made my own path and style of addressing my audience and delivering information in a unique way that does not sugar-coat. Aside from giving my private and in-depth readings, I have recently started working events by having a booth to give express mini readings. I think meeting people organically is always better without the barrier of a post. Pursuing a passion can be a bit sacrificial and scary in the beginning because one can feel a lack in the security found within a Master’s or Doctorate degree, but once it takes off, it will be all worth it.

My optimism plays a role in how lucky I get. I listen to frequency music and do all the manifestation work I can do and I have studied it for so long that it comes easy to me now.
