Endrina Hernandez’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

Endrina Hernandez shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Good morning Endrina, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Intelligence and integrity are def important to me. Out of those two, integrity is def #1. That’s something you have or you don’t. It’s important to me to have a moral compass and stand on my beliefs – as long as they don’t harm anyone of course.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi! My name is Endrina Hernández, and I’m the owner and creative mind behind Saba Glamour. Along with running my brand, I also work as an Operations Project Manager, bringing together my diverse background in cultural anthropology, engineering, and business. I’ve always been a curious, constant learner, and I’m currently pursuing my MA in Business & Operations, which continues to expand and refine the way I approach both my career and my business.

In addition to my professional work and entrepreneurship, I’m also a content creator, a passion that has allowed me to collaborate with some of my favorite brands—including SKIMS, BaubleBar, and Neutrogena. Creating content gives me another way to express my creativity, connect with women, and share the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion elements that inspire me.

I founded Saba Glamour in 2020, during a time of deep personal transition. The brand was born from a desire to help women feel glamorous, confident, and true to themselves—not only for big moments, but in their everyday lives. Whether you’re at work, out with friends, or unwinding at home, I believe every woman deserves to feel beautiful, comfortable, and seen.
My greatest inspiration comes from the incredible women in my life. Their style, resilience, and authenticity have shaped who I am, and they continue to influence everything I create through Saba Glamour.

At its core, my mission is simple: to help women feel good in their own skin. I want the pieces you wear to not only look beautiful, but to feel like you. Because when you feel like yourself, that’s when you shine the brightest.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My mom had us in modeling classes.. and I remember being nervous to do our fist event and model but I ended up loving it! I walked down that run way like I owned it wearing this dress my dad had gotten for me on one of his business trips. I want to say I was 6/7 yrs old. That was def a big part of giving me the confidence I have now for sure!

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Be yourself, like actually be yourself and do things for you. I grew up to be/do what everyone else wanted. At 26/27, I went through with a decision, that although was a decision of my own, I knew it was the wrong one in trying to make everyone happy and continue to be the Endrina that did the right thing. It caused me a lot of pain, and maybe I did have to learn that self love lesson. I would of appreciated a different way but it definitely pushed for the true me to come out.. and I’m always happy about that!

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
I am Latina, and I am also an immigrant so for me everything that represents Venezuela is important. One thing that has always been emphasized where I come from was attending a university – receiving a good education. If not everyone, majority of the people in Venezuela go on to a university; it’s common to households with multiple degrees. Everyone on my mother’s side, has a college degree. The women specifically, have minimum 2! So me having multiple degrees + certifications is nothing crazy to me because I saw that in my family as normal; granted, I am grateful I have all of that because it’s part of what has gotten me where I am! Education is something I will absolutely teach my kids to value as well.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
I grew up with the belief of “ we don’t clap for fish who are supposed to be swimming” and at first yes, it sounds very mean, but it taught me to always do my best at things for myself. People won’t always clap for you, and you can’t expect that if you don’t clap for yourself. I am also a perfectionist so I will always try to make things “better” even if they don’t need anything else. In my eyes, I want to do the best so that I feel good about what I’ve done. So yes, I will always do my best for me, regardless if someone claps for me.
