Hi Veronica , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started in 2020. When the world shut down, I needed an outlet to pass the time. So I started making bracelets. At this time, my dad was in the hospital with Covid. Trying to keep busy and keep my mind occupied. I had piles of bracelets on the kitchen table. Sadly, my dad passed in 2020. My friends and family were telling me to sell bracelets. I was hesitant. Then I agreed. I posted them , and sold out. I took it as a sign from my dad. So it made me keep going. . I did it again, and sold out. I was on to something , I found my niche. This is when Shopitsveronicamac was established. I started doing pop ups and started selling gold filled and high quality plated jewelry. . Every pop up I did, there was a sign from my dad. A feather, #11, something always was there. This was my calling and it was my dad telling me to Start my business and keep going. And it truly has a bittersweet journey. But I know He’s always with me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Having a jewelry business or any business has challenges. There is so much competition out there. The only thing I can do is be myself, be authentic. And keep my prices reasonable and with that, I created a community and I’m so grateful and so blessed.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m veronica. Owner and ceo of Shopitsveronicamac. I create and sell gold filled and plated jewelry. I’m proud of my work. It makes me so happy when I create pieces that I love. And someone loves it just as much as me when they purchase it. What sets me apart is my vibe and energy. alot of people tell me, “ I came back to you, because you have such a good vibe” that makes me so happy.
