What began as a small, hands-on operation—with the founders personally handling every job—quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals and a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for every client. Over the past decade, the company has expanded into a trusted, full-service provider of residential housekeeping, commercial janitorial services, and professional turnover cleans for short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Today, Neptune proudly serves Hollywood Beach, Oxnard Shores, Ventura, and surrounding Ventura County communities. With more than ten years of deep local expertise, our small but dedicated team offers customized, hassle-free solutions tailored to each client’s needs and budget. We remain committed to using effective, high-quality products sourced from trusted local vendors while delivering exceptional value and spotless results.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been entirely smooth. Like most small businesses, we faced several challenges in our early years after founding Neptune Cleaning Company in 2015. We dealt with inconsistent cash flow during slower seasons, the difficulty of finding and retaining reliable team members who met our high standards, and the constant balancing act of delivering premium service while keeping prices accessible for local clients in Oxnard and Ventura. Scaling operations also brought unexpected hurdles and long, demanding days.
However, these struggles strengthened our resilience, sharpened our processes, and reinforced our commitment to quality and community. Overcoming them is what ultimately helped us grow into the trusted, full-service cleaning company we are today.
