Life & Work with Bring Da’ Smack Podcast

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bring Da’ Smack Podcast .

Mark Goodvine

Hi Bring Da’ Smack Podcast , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As retired military veterans, we originally met in Germany over 30 years ago and honestly, the rest is history. Who would have known that enlisting would ultimately turn into decades of brotherhood? We’ve been through it all together from the beginning, that our experiences throughout life would not have been the same if we had never met. We decided to start our podcast, Bring Da’ Smack to share our experiences, wisdom, thoughts and ideas to a younger generation. Our team consists of: Big Al, Ty Ceaz, Goody Vee, and Jank.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a team, we can say that challenges are a natural part of life for most individuals. However, for us the road to success and personal growth often includes obstacles and setbacks. It is through overcoming these challenges that we learn, develop resilience, and gain valuable life experiences. Some individuals may face relatively smooth roads, while others may encounter more bumps along the way. The perception of a journey as smooth or challenging can vary from person to person, as it is influenced by individual circumstances, resources, and support systems. Some of those struggles for us individually and as a whole included, but were not limited to fitting in, meeting people, adjusting to military life, bad marriage, fatherhood, frequent relocations, etc.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Outside of our podcast channel, we enjoy spending quality time with our family and friends. We are retired veterans, proud of the leadership and mentorship experience we’ve gained and passed on through the years. We want to continue sharing our podcast channel with the public as well as sharing our platform with small business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide. We’d also like to assist with contributing to our youth as well, aiding them in becoming future leaders.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
We believe risk taking is necessary to help you grow as you mature in life. Every next step involves some form of risk. Those not willing to take that risk most likely will stagnate in life. On behalf of Team Smack, we’d like to extend an appreciation to our supporters!
