Today we’d like to introduce you to Raechelle “Rae” Johnson.

Hi Raechelle “Rae”, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Contracting as a Trainer and Speaker, I would have loved to believe I was making an astounding impact through my voice, gift of insights, innovation and strategy; to provide unique solutions to real-world organizational challenges. As a Coach and Consultant by profession, navigate the complexity of challenges with opportunities while managing change, earning me the tagline, the Solution Architect.

A powerful platform speaker and an international leader in innovative strategies, I’m also a best-selling author. I released the first book of two books, Content Marketing Strategy, How to Win Clients and Influence Markets and co-authored a second, Women Inspiring Nations, Vol. 3, I’m Still Standing with other influential literary leaders and the remarkable Dr. Cheryl Wood. My third project, “What Happens in This House Stays in This” is underway and scheduled for release in September/November of 2021. Just in time for the holidays.

In the past 16 months, I have partnered with and lended my expertise to the largest Speaking platform of its kind in the US, the Fair Consulting Group’s Leadership Experience Tour, preparing both aspiring and more experienced speakers develop their gift and strengthen their platform via coaching and brand awareness/ recognition. In addition to working with businesses and individuals with personal and professional, product and service branding. This past year has not just required us to pivot and transition but to adjust and adapt to change.

I envision myself as a sought-after international influencer who challenges behavior and accountability to pave the way for more innovative ways of doing things. I look to continue to empower people to become more intentional in transforming themselves and what they do from passive engagement to active implementation. As I continue to look ahead into the far future.

I am determined to consistently come up with techniques actions, and real-world solutions in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth, no. In elevation, when climbing smooth is not good. We need rough to get strong enough footholds and handles. And failures are necessary to success. This is not cliché. One of my favorite artists once pinned falling ain’t falling down if it don’t you don’t cry when you hit the floor. The lesson is in the falling, and we tend to remember through the pain. What I teach, consult, speak on are mostly what I experienced through my tears and I want you to learn from my scars so we both don’t have to experience that pain. And my smarter clients, readers, participants I don’t have to walk hand and hand throw getting up off the floor.

But I experienced doing it my way because I thought I knew better. I thought if I were involved if “they would just listen to me. But that was my humility lesson.

I experience isolation or invisibility if the suits you best but I understand it was a gestation period for growth and opportunity. I was being groom and learning my voice.

And there are so many others. But for every elevation, there was a mistep, fall, fail or two.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Kreative. Ergo, Kreative Ink LLC, my company. And Kreative Insights, my Digital TV Program.

I special lives in “Coloring Outside of the Lines” I have the unique ability of seeing both the big picture and the smallest details. And it is through the ability the I forge a path from where one is to where one should go to reach their desired destination. But I don’t believe in rhyme or reason, I believe in rhythm. And it comes to me naturally and once I found it, I follow it until the desired effect has been found.

This is my support power. It’s why I am the Solution Architect and why together I am capable of providing my clients their definition of success.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I am a change agent so that would make me a risk taker but my tolerance for risk is reasonable. My clients trust me to consider the investment (time, effort and resources) and return on the aforementioned. So I way the pros and cons of all actions considers from most likely to least likely as well as most desirable. I have a fairly favorable successful track record when it comes to risk-taking not only because of these consider it because of the contingencies (risk management planning) put in place as each phase of a process, project or elevation.
