Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Cole.

Hi Lauren, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Native of California, I am a mother of one amazing son! Pre-pandemic I decided to try my hand in the entrepreneurial field. I am the proud co-owner of Jus Flickinit LLC. A luxury photo-booth company that provides unforgettable photo entertainment experiences. Our professionalism and customer service is unmatched. We aim to go exceedingly above our client’s expectations each and every event.

Last but certainly not least I am the Founder of “Business Women Brunchin”. This organization was formed from a vision that was placed on my heart to serve a specific need! With a huge emphasis on sisterhood, unity and giving back to our community. I am a strong believer in being the change you want to see! Aside of empowering, encouraging and supporting other businesswomen, we want to help those up-and-coming entrepreneurs by providing tools and resources to help build, brand and market new & existing businesses efficiently and effectively all while “Brunchin”!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It takes another entrepreneur to TRULY understand the mind of an entrepreneur!! You wake up thinking about ways to improve your business(s) strategies, marketing, etc. and go to bed doing the same. It’s an endless cycle! 🔁 People somehow take it personally when your availability is simply not the same and neither are your conversations. I’ve been an entrepreneur three years now and this journey is not for the faint of heart. Sleepless nights, compromised relationships, disappointments, etc. However, I LOVE every part of what I do and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a professional in the financial industry with over 20+ years in my field. I have a vast array of knowledge in banking having served in several different areas of my institution. December 10, 2022 I celebrated my 15yr anniversary with my current employer. I have achieved many awards for “service excellence” “most worked community service hours” and leadership.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is going on road trips and camping with my family! Sometimes I wish I could turn back the hands of time just to have those moments back with some of my loved ones who have passed on.
