Hi Jasmine, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I entered the wellness world like most people do, chasing the “fix.” Trying to feel better, look better, be better. I instantly felt the disconnect. Most of it looks great, very little of it feels real.

I became drawn to what actually creates change: restoration that meets you exactly where you are.

That’s how NAKED was born.

NAKED is a private, members-only wellness sanctuary in Venice where form meets frequency. In a culture of performative wellness, we are the antidote: a space designed for depth over display. Movement as medicine, detox as ritual, and sound as resonance.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think any road worth traveling is perfectly smooth.

The struggle hasn’t been about doing more, it’s been about staying rooted in simplicity. In a world that constantly demands more, the hardest part has been protecting the stillness and trusting that people are ready for something quieter, deeper, and more intentional.

The doors open for our first ritual, THE RESET, on 02.22.26.

I create spaces for humans to reset, recharge, and remember who they are – built from resilience, turning pain into purpose.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
I’ve learned to protect my peace and stay close to my people who spoke life into me when the world got loud. Faith is strategy. Softness is strength. And what’s meant for you becomes inevitable the moment you stop doubting you were chosen for it. The vision chooses you. Answer it, or live life wondering.
