Hi Damon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got my career Started after I graduated from the University of Georgia State where I played basketball on an Athletic scholarship. I decided instead of going professional; Instead I choose to pursue modeling. It was hard word and dedication and a lot of networking but its starting to pay off for me and all the goals that had set for myself I am achieving.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So struggles that I faced in my first year was just finding my own look and minding my own craft. Also getting my portfolio together can always be challenging in the beginning..
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in commercial modeling and outside of coding I am a instagram influencer where I create dope relatable content. Outside of that I am a Cyber Security Data Engineer.
What were you like growing up?
Growing I was a very intergetic kid; who loved ro to hang around with my family and cousins. I also was an athlete growing up so I played basketball and other sports like football, baseball, and soccer, and swimming. I was always interested in modeling but growing up as an athlete it was not the common norm in the sports community.
