Calvin , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started Krazy Tacos & Grill by turning my love and skill for cooking into a business. I’ve always enjoyed preparing good food and seeing people enjoy what I created, so I decided to take a chance on myself.

I didn’t start with a lot of money or expensive equipment. I began with the resources I had, stayed consistent, and focused on providing great food and customer service. My first customers came through referrals from family and friends, and I also used social media to promote my food and reach more people.

As customers continued recommending Krazy Tacos & Grill, the business began to grow. What started with tacos has expanded into catering and additional menu options for events of all sizes. Building this business has taught me that you don’t have to start with everything—you just need to start, remain consistent, and continue improving.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been pretty smooth. I’ve just had to learn how to overcome some of the challenges that come with running a business, such as determining how much food to prepare based on the number of guests and learning what tastes good and what doesn’t.

Krazy Tacos & Grill is a catering business specializing in flavorful tacos, burgers, wings, pasta bars, and breakfast options. We cater events of all sizes and also offer convenient drop-off services.

We’re known for our great food, friendly customer service, and flexible menu options. We work closely with our customers to create a menu that fits their event, preferences, and budget. What sets us apart is the care we put into every order. Whether we’re serving a small gathering or a large event, we want every guest to receive fresh, flavorful food and a great experience.

I’m most proud of turning my cooking skills into a growing business and building a strong reputation through referrals and social media. Knowing that customers trust us with their special occasions—and recommend us to others—is one of my greatest accomplishments.
