Zhenya, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Zhenya Masko, and I’m the proud founder of “Masko Zhenya Hairstylist.”

Since childhood, I’ve dreamed of creating something extraordinary—something that could make a real impact on people’s lives. I found that purpose in caring for others through hairstyling.

My mission is to provide not just excellent service but a truly personalized experience for every client. What I do goes beyond just hair—it’s about boosting my clients’ confidence, helping them shine, and supporting their success in all aspects of life.

Staying ahead of the curve is a priority for me. I constantly integrate the latest technologies and innovations into my salon to ensure that each guest receives the best possible results.

When you step into my studio, it’s more than a hair appointment—it’s an experience. I focus on every little detail, from color and texture to the overall health of your hair. The energy, the atmosphere, and the personal touch we bring leave each guest feeling empowered and radiant.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey in hairstyling has been anything but smooth—but that’s what makes it so rewarding. I started my career in Kyiv, Eastern Europe, and reached incredible heights there. But once I accomplished everything I had set my mind to, I knew it was time for something bigger.

That’s when I took a bold leap and moved to California—a decision that was both thrilling and life-changing. The first year was all about getting settled, helping my family adjust, and navigating a whole new world.

Building my brand from the ground up in a new country was a challenge, but it was also an exciting adventure. My career took off quickly when I started working at the Giuseppe Franco salon, and everything was going well. Then, the pandemic hit, and the world stopped.

That pause, though, became a gift. It allowed me to reconnect with my purpose and spend valuable time with my family. At the time, my wife and I had one daughter, and two years ago, we welcomed our second baby girl. Knowing that our family was growing gave me all the motivation I needed to keep going.

That’s when I opened my own private studio right in the heart of Beverly Hills, at 338 N Cannon Dr, 90210.
The concept behind my salon is all about creating a personal experience for each guest. From hair care to the smallest details—like the music, refreshments, decor, and even aromatherapy—everything is designed to make clients feel special and cared for in a way that’s truly unforgettable.

At “Masko Zhenya Hairstylist,” we specialize in top-notch hair coloring using unique techniques and exclusive dyes. We also excel in tailoring styles and cuts to perfectly suit each individual. Our signature service is hair restoration, where we use advanced technologies and premium products to rejuvenate and revitalize hair.

What sets my salon apart is the personalized attention each guest receives. As the sole stylist in the studio, I ensure that everyone gets exclusive care, engaging conversation, and a memorable experience. I offer Japanese matcha and organic refreshments to make each visit even more special.

What truly distinguishes my business is my passion for making people happy. From a young age, I knew I wanted to bring joy and confidence to others, and that drive has guided me throughout my career. My ultimate goal is to make people not only look beautiful but also feel truly happy and fulfilled.

I’m most proud of creating a brand that reflects this dedication to enhancing both appearance and well-being. At my salon, it’s not just about hair—it’s about creating an uplifting experience that leaves clients feeling fantastic and radiant.
