Hey there! I’m Vanessa Natividad, a Realtor taking over California one home at a time. I’m all about keeping life positive and uplifting. I start each day with meditation and visualization, which boosts my self-awareness and shapes how I interact with the world. My ultimate goal is to serve others and make a real difference in my clients’ lives. It’s what drives me and fills me with passion every single day.

When I first got my real estate license, I did what most new agents do—cold calling, door-knocking, and hosting open houses—hoping someone would say yes. But then, I decided to switch things up. Instead of chasing after leads, I wanted to connect with people who genuinely needed my help and wanted to work with me.

So, I took a leap of faith and went all in on TikTok Live. I spent hours each day engaging with people, sharing valuable insights, and turning social media into a cornerstone of my business. Thanks to TikTok’s algorithm, my page reaches people from all over the state. I’ve had clients from every corner of California reaching out, wanting me to represent them. To handle this demand and ensure a smooth process, I created systems and teamed up with the amazing members of Natividad Realty Group. Together, we’re guiding our clients towards homeownership all over California.

This journey has been incredible, and I’m just getting started. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and how many more lives we can positively impact together!

As our business keeps growing, the demand for our services is booming—an exciting challenge, though a bit stressful at times! That’s why I’m looking to expand our team with bright, innovative leaders. I absolutely love using my social media platform to connect with real people in real-time.
