Meet Tom Sky of Long Beach CA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tom Sky

Hi Tom, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Poland born artist (photographer musician designer and sort of a wonderer living in the USA for the past 30 years.
Currently working as an art model for variety of schools posing for art classes as well as a movie extra for TV shows
I have been passionate photographer for most of my life. I aspire to bend the human perception of reality and challenge the formally accepted values through the craftsmanship of the fine arts be it photography drawing or music.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not having a permanent place to live and relying on Van as shelter for the past 10 years of every day life in America has been both liberating and challenging without definite proposition where its taking me.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an ever evolving soul of many disciplines which i struggle to confine into one easy to pronounce label but I will try my best!

Professionall photography has been my main “motion and emotion” ever since i remember going back to childhood years. Things dont ever stay the same and while i continue to take pictures professionaly or passionately I take on various work assignments such as art modeling for colleges during 2 semesters of each year and ocassional movie extra work at variety of studios (paramount, warner bros etc) I also compose music and to add to the pile i engage in study of latest science such as alternative energy time travel and so on.

What matters most to you?
Health, stability hapiness and balance are the key elements i learned to appreciate about life.
