Today we’d like to introduce you to Stan Gakman.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Stan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am from Brooklyn, New York and have been working in the Event Entertainment industry for over a decade. My sister Alexis, who moved out to California a few years ago, has been talking me into coming out here and setting up our own Photo Booth business out here in LA. A Photo Booth brings so much fun to any event. I love capturing those special moments of people having fun, especially knowing that the pictures will make them laugh and remember those priceless memories for many years to come! So here I am, in business with my sister, providing a unique photo booth experience and superior white glove service! Creating fun memories one event at a time is what we do — we love it!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Fortunately, our business has been a smooth road for us, most of the time. The only struggle we have encountered thus far, is getting ourselves known in the community. The top challenge is knowing where to spend our marketing and advertising dollars; we have to take risks and learn by trial and error.

We are a photo booth company who specializes in a boutique photo both experience, and are known for our personalized service and attention to each customer’s individual needs.

Our flagship product is the Selfie Mirror Photo Booth, and it is what sets us apart from everyone else. The “Selfie” Mirror Photo Booth is a brand new photo booth concept; the camera is concealed behind a mirror, guests can see themselves in the full height mirror, and animations play to guide them through their interactive journey. The “Selfie” Mirror interacts with your guests in real-time by guiding them to follow the prompts with different workflows that are always customized for any event. This is not just a photo booth, it’s a photo booth journey that offers guests many additions, besides typical photo taking — the signature option, games, and screaming contest.

We also offer an Open Air LED Photo Booth that is custom made to our specifications. These booths are fully lit with bright color changing multi-mode LEDs that can match the décor and color scheme of any event. An additional perk is the booths ability to pulse to the beat of the music and add a unique appeal.
