Today we’d like to introduce you to Soleil Crow
Hi Soleil, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Soleil Isabella Crow. I am born and raised in Southern California. I moved to Los Angeles when i was three years old. Los Angeles is truly my home. My love for beauty, video production, and entertainment has always been a passion from a very young age. My father works in the film industry, so from a young age, I have been exposed to the creative field. When I was 18 years old, I enrolled in beauty school to pursue my passion for makeup artistry. After earning my makeup certification, I began freelancing, working on weddings, and contributing backstage on tv shows. A year later, when TikTok emerged, I started sharing organic content about all things beauty and self care. My goal is to highlight the value of self care and inspire others to feel their best in their own skin. Through TikTok, I built an engaged audience, which later expanded to Instagram. My love for the beauty industry has deepened, specially my passion for skincare. I am currently attending esthetician school to became a licensed professional. My own challenging skin journey has motivated me to better understand skincare and find ways to help others on their journeys.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Navigating social media at a young age was a challenge at times because I was juggling building my career, while managing being in school. I am beyond grateful for my management and their constant support. In any industry, there are challenges, however I am grateful to be supported and surrounded by an amazing community of friends and family.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a full time content creator, makeup artist, and soon to be licensed esthetician/ skin expert. I am proud of myself for setting my goals and reaching for them. I think what sets me apart from others is that, I am able to create a safe space for everyone to be their true selves and be confident in their own skin.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I feel truly lucky to have been able to join TikTok during the time that I did. I joined TikTok in 2020, where I was able to grow a large and engaged audience in a short amount of time.
