Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Aiello
Hi Samantha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The name “Sam the Yogini” was born in my small New York City apartment, with no inkling that it would one day blossom into a business. I initially created an Instagram account to share my knowledge of health and wellness, hoping to inspire others to embrace a healthier lifestyle. During the pandemic, I decided to keep myself busy by getting certified as an Integrative Holistic Nutrition Coach and teaching yoga classes online.
A few years later, I found myself in LA, revisiting my Instagram account with a renewed vision. I began sharing my recipes, which soon led to providing healthy meal delivery services around the city. This quickly evolved into cooking as a private chef for clients on a weekly basis as well as for events. My focus has always been on holistic health and wellness, catering to those looking to improve their health, manage dietary restrictions, or simply incorporate more whole foods into their diets.
As my business has evolved, I have began to transition from working as a private chef to coaching women as a hormone specialist. Helping people discover the root cause of their issues and disease has become my true passion, and I firmly believe that food and nutrition are the foundations to holistic healing. My business is now a combination of cooking for special occasions and coaching people in order to find balance in all areas in their lives.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting your own business is rarely a smooth journey; it’s more like a rollercoaster with its highs and lows. Just two years into my business, I’ve spent much of that time discovering what works and what doesn’t. My business has evolved as I have, shaping itself around my growing understanding of how I can best serve others.
There have been moments where I felt lost and uncertain if this was the right path, and there have been times of constant busyness, seeing the positive impact I’m making on others. Struggles are inevitable in any aspect of life, but how we handle and embrace them is the greatest challenge and opportunity for growth.
As my business continues to grow and evolve, so will my challenges. What once was a struggle to find enough clients to sustain my life may someday, hopefully, become a challenge of managing many clients. Life is an ebb and flow, and as long as I remind myself of that and trust the process, the struggles are all worth moving through.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business was founded on the principles of holistic health and healing from within. It began with the concept of using food as medicine and cooking for others. Now, it has evolved to address healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. By integrating full-spectrum health and lab assessments with a deep exploration of root causes, my approach bridges science and spirituality.
The name of my business is inspired by the concept of a Yogini, a female master yoga teacher. To me, a Yogini symbolizes a female warrior—someone who finds both inner and outer strength, confronts insecurities with compassion, and embraces uncomfortable truths rather than hiding from them. My journey to connecting with my Inner Yogini has required vulnerability, patience, and acceptance. Committing to self-love has been a long journey of introspection and transformation, involving effort, time, and dedication. Through this process, I have gained the confidence to pursue my passions and navigate life with trust and clarity. I’ve learned the power of uncovering the root causes of my health challenges, embracing self-love, and understanding the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. This, I believe, is the essence of healing from the inside out.
My 3-6 month coaching program follows a three-step process:
– Foundational Strength (nutrition, supplements, body movement)
– Inner Strength (softening into your feminine, releasing old wounds, confronting shame and shadows)
– Outer Strength (confidence, self-love, embodiment, balanced health).
This holistic approach reflects my own healing journey, which encompassed physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Many clients come to me with goals like balancing hormones, losing weight, or establishing healthy routines. What they discover through this process is often far beyond their initial expectations, tapping into the root causes of their challenges in order to find true self-love and acceptance.

My Philosophy:
We live in a society where feeling “ok” is the standard. We are completely disconnected from our bodies and neglect the signs that it is gives us every day. I am on a mission to help women connect with their intuition, step through their fears, and tap into their innate wisdom and power to heal. Often our disease and ailments stem from something deeper – together we will discover the root causes and unravel the truths in order to find freedom and healing from the inside out.
