Meet Robbie Fadera of Fad Era Productions in Glendale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Robbie Fadera.

Fad Era Productions is headed by its principal cinematographer, Robbie Fadera. It started as a hobby, then formalized into a Media Arts degree. Robbie moved to Los Angeles California to join his brother, Richard Fadera, owner of Shuttered Light Photography. With video, photo and Photo Booth, the Fad Era Productions team is able to offer you a complete package. All under one roof.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
For sure there were struggles along the way. Graduating in the Philippines then migrating here in the U.S. wasn’t easy because I don’t really have any connections when I got here. I worked as a busser/server in Seattle before so I can earn some money and to get used to the culture here in the U.S. When I started in the video industry, I needed to work for free just to acquire portfolios I can show to my future clients. I am really thankful for those people who trusted me back then, if it wasn’t for them Fad Era Productions might not be here today.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Fad Era Productions – what should we know?
Fad Era Productions specializes on Wedding Cinematography. Our style evolved through the years into the cinematic style that we are known today. We continue to put out videos that are better, more creative and more attune to the clients demands. We invest in top-of-the-line equipment and keep our editing software constantly updated.

We only book 1 wedding per day because we believe quality is better than quantity. The main cinematographer (Robbie Fadera) will always be there on your wedding day with his awesome team. And we also have Photography and Photo Booth to make it a one stop shop for our clients. I think that’s what sets us apart from the others.

I want to thank God the almighty, because he made everything possible. I want to thank my wife, Fae Fadera for always having my back and for being my strength when I get weak. To my parents who worked really hard just to put us on a good school so we can have a better future. I want to thank my siblings for all the helpful advices, specially to my brother Richard Fadera for mentoring me. I want to thank Leon from Cloak Photography for making me his lead cinematographer when I was just starting. I want to thank my team for always working hard and for being a good friend.
