Meet Paul Madahan of PaulDavid Salon in Fullerton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Madahan.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Paul. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
After getting my Cosmetology license, I set up a small station at home seeing a few clients a week. This gave me the opportunity to master my craft and build my clientele. Soon after, I began working with several magazines and fashion companies which allowed me to gain exposure. After a few years, I was able to build enough clientele to open my own salon. This is when I partnered with David Robles and PaulDavid Salon was formed. With his expertise in marketing and advertising and my solid list of dedicated clients, we started off with great success. We now have 2 full-time stylists and a growing list of clients. We hope to continue this success and continue to grow our team.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
So far it has been a smooth ride.

PaulDavid Salon – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We specialize in color, blondes and most importantly the health and integrity of the hair. No matter what service our clients ask for, the health of the hair will always be at the top of list. This is what has made our salon a success and kept our clients coming back.

What we are most of proud of is our team. They work just as hard as I do and are always finding ways to learn more and improve on their skills. They are not only talented but also provide the best customer service-which is what sets us apart. We always make sure our clients not only have the best service but the best experience while at our salon, with coffee, snacks, playing a movie for them or just making them laugh.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success in our salon is knowing that we have made someone happy and feel more confident when walking out the door. Our clients are our top priority. If they leave happy, then we had a successful day.
