My journey began in the vibrant city of Beirut, where I was born and raised. From a young age, I was instilled with a deep appreciation for the power of education, the importance of community, and the beauty of cultural exchange. These values have been the guiding stars throughout my personal and professional life.

My path has been one of embracing diverse experiences and discovering how seemingly disparate paths can beautifully intertwine. I began my career in the world of marketing, immersing myself in the intricacies of consumer behavior, crafting compelling narratives, and leveraging technology to achieve business goals. I was fascinated by the power of ideas to shape perceptions, drive innovation, and create meaningful connections between people and brands.
This passion led me to found VIP Minds, a marketing consulting firm dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve measurable success. Through VIP Minds, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, from visionary entrepreneurs to established corporations, helping them to unlock their hidden potential and transform their dreams into reality.

However, my heart also yearned for a deeper connection with my community and a more direct impact on the lives of others. This led me to embrace various roles that have allowed me to serve as a bridge-builder, a change-maker, and an advocate for those in need.

As an Ambassador for the United Nations Global Compact Network – Lebanon, I have had the opportunity to champion the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those focused on eradicating poverty, promoting quality education, and ensuring zero hunger.

Through my work with the Ziade Foundation, I have been able to contribute to humanitarian efforts that have supported thousands of families during challenging times.

In my role as Deputy Honorary Consul to Lebanon in Nevada, I have had the honor of serving the Lebanese community, streamlining their access to essential services, and nurturing a sense of belonging and connection to their homeland. In partnership with Honorary Consul of Lebanon in Nevada Philippe Ziade, I have co-founded the “School of Life” program. I have played a role in empowering young adults with the essential life skills and practical abilities they need to thrive in the modern world.

Throughout my journey, I have learned that every experience, every challenge, and every success has shaped me into the person I am today. I am grateful for the lessons I have learned, the people I have met, and the opportunities I have been given. I believe that my diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skillset that allows me to approach any situation with creativity, empathy, and a determination to make a positive impact.

Looking ahead, I am excited to continue exploring new horizons, embracing new challenges, and using my skills and experience to contribute to meaningful endeavors. I believe that life is a collection of experiences, and I am eager to see what the future holds.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has been an incredible adventure, filled with moments of joy, fulfillment, and profound learning. However, it has not always been a smooth road. Like any path worth traveling, mine has been marked by challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt.

One of the biggest struggles I have faced is the delicate balancing act of managing multiple roles and responsibilities. As an entrepreneur, a diplomat, an ambassador, and a community leader, I have often found myself juggling competing priorities and navigating complex demands on my time and energy.

Another challenge has been overcoming the societal expectations and stereotypes that can sometimes limit women’s leadership and ambitions. I have learned that it is essential to stay true to myself, to trust my instincts, and to never give up on my dreams, even when faced with adversity.

Throughout these challenges, I have discovered that the greatest obstacles often lead to the most profound growth. I have learned the importance of resilience, the power of perseverance, and the value of embracing every experience, both the triumphs and the setbacks, as opportunities for learning and self-discovery.

I am also grateful for the unparalleled support system I have been blessed with – my family, friends, mentors, and colleagues who have believed in me, encouraged me, and challenged me to reach my full potential. Their unwavering support has been a constant source of strength and inspiration, reminding me that I am never truly alone on this journey.

Looking back, I wouldn’t trade any of the struggles I have faced, for they have shaped me into the person I am today.
