Today we’d like to introduce you to Natosha.
Hi Natosha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When I was eight years old, I used to say I was going to run a company one day. I didn’t know what kind of company or what that even really meant, I just knew I wanted to build something of my own. I was always the kid with ideas, the one people came to for advice, the one who could see possibility where others couldn’t. That knowing never left me, even when life took me down more traditional paths.
As an adult, I did all the “right” things. I served in the Air Force, worked in corporate America, and built multiple side businesses over the years while keeping a 9–5 for security. On paper, everything looked successful. Inside, I always felt like I was playing a smaller game than the one I was meant for. I didn’t lack work ethic or ambition. I lacked permission to fully choose myself.
That permission came later in life, through motherhood. After years of infertility, I had my first son through IVF, then my second naturally at 43. Becoming a mom shifted everything. I left my job to stay home, thinking it might be temporary, but I knew deep down I could never go back to the version of my life that asked me to trade time, presence, and purpose for a paycheck. I taught myself digital marketing from scratch, quietly and imperfectly, and within my first year I built a six-figure business. But income alone wasn’t the dream. Impact was.
That’s when my business partner and I co-founded Million Dollar Mom Society. What started as a small, values-driven community quickly grew into something much bigger. In our first full year, we scaled the brand to seven figures by focusing on visibility, proximity, and building rooms where powerful women could stop hiding and start owning their influence. There was no viral moment, no overnight success. It was built through alignment, consistency, and a deep understanding of the women we serve.
Today, we’ve expanded that vision even further with the launch of Million Dollar Media Group, a platform dedicated to amplifying women’s voices through media, television, publishing, and storytelling at scale. When I look back at that eight-year-old girl who knew she was meant to build something, I realize she was right. I just had to live enough life, break enough rules, and trust myself enough to finally believe her.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not even close. It has been anything but smooth. There were seasons where I was exhausted, questioning myself, and wondering if I had waited too long or missed my window entirely. Building something meaningful later in life, while becoming a mom, while unlearning decades of conditioning around safety and certainty, was hard in ways I couldn’t have anticipated.
One of the biggest struggles was internal. Learning to trust myself fully. Letting go of the need for permission, approval, or external validation. I had to dismantle the belief that success had to look a certain way or happen on someone else’s timeline. There were also very real moments of fear. Financial risk. Visibility. Putting my voice and ideas out publicly when I had spent years being private and reserved.
Another challenge was realizing that growth requires loss. As the business expanded, some relationships didn’t come with it. Some people didn’t understand the evolution, and some weren’t meant to. That was painful, but necessary. Scaling also demanded that I step into leadership faster than I felt ready for. Making decisions that affected other people’s livelihoods. Holding vision when things felt uncertain behind the scenes.
Motherhood added another layer. I was building a company while raising two young children, navigating exhaustion, mom guilt, and the constant tension between presence and ambition. There were days where I questioned if I could hold both. What I’ve learned is that the struggle wasn’t a sign I was doing something wrong. It was evidence that I was building something real.
We’ve been impressed with Million Dollar Media Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Million Dollar Media Group exists to change who gets seen, heard, and remembered. At the heart of what we’re building is the Million Dollar Network, our television network created specifically to amplify women’s voices at scale. This isn’t about social media fame or fleeting visibility. It’s about giving women access to real media, real platforms, and real credibility in rooms that have historically excluded them.
The Million Dollar Network distributes original, women-led programming across major streaming platforms including Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV, allowing women to step into a level of visibility that was once reserved for celebrities, corporations, or legacy media. For many women, especially founders and leaders, this is the first time their voice is treated as something worthy of broadcast, not just content.
Why this matters is simple. Women have the stories, the expertise, and the leadership, but they’ve rarely been given the microphone. We are building a network where women don’t have to ask for permission to be featured. They own the platform. They own the narrative. They own the room.
Alongside the network, we produce Women of Influence, a flagship show that highlights powerful women and the real stories behind their success. We also host high-level live experiences including The Million Dollar Room and the Top 100 Women in Power event, which bring women together in spaces designed for proximity, visibility, and expansion. These are not traditional conferences. They are curated rooms where influence is activated and connections change the trajectory of careers.
We’ve also expanded into audio with our podcast, ICONIC AF, which allows for deeper conversations around identity, leadership, ambition, and what it actually takes to build something meaningful as a woman in today’s world.
What sets our brand apart is that everything we do is interconnected. Television, events, podcasts, and media all work together as an ecosystem designed to elevate women consistently, not sporadically. I’m most proud that we’re building this with intention and integrity. We’re not chasing attention. We’re creating infrastructure for women to be seen at the level they deserve.
Million Dollar Media Group is not just a brand. It’s a movement toward ownership, legacy, and unapologetic visibility. And for women who are ready to step into that, we’re building the platform to support them.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are a few meaningful ways people can engage with and support what we’re building. For women who feel called to step into greater visibility, leadership, and influence, there are opportunities to be featured across our media platforms, including television, podcasts, publishing, and live events. We work with women at different stages who are ready to share their voice in a bigger way and do so with intention.
We also collaborate with aligned brands, sponsors, and partners who believe in amplifying women and creating long-term impact. Whether that’s through content, events, or media partnerships, we’re always open to conversations that feel values-aligned and expansive for everyone involved.
For those who simply want to support the mission, watching, sharing, and engaging with our shows, attending our events, and amplifying the women featured across our platforms makes a real difference. Visibility grows through community, and every share, conversation, and connection helps move that forward.
At the heart of it, we’re building something collaborative, not competitive. If the vision resonates, there’s a place to plug in. Sometimes that starts with a conversation. Sometimes it starts with showing up and supporting the women who are brave enough to step into the spotlight.
