Meet Max Hawksford

Today we’d like to introduce you to Max Hawksford.

Max, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve been a dramatic actor my whole life. As a child playing the lead in the school play all the way up to virtual auditions for Broadway last week. I love being so alive in a scene with my friends just sweating out a good performance.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I like to think of my road as the yellow brick road in the Wizard of Oz. Because I look at my day to day as a 24-hour play, and when I’m doing that, it’s like I’m on my way to Emerald City. Even if my day-to-day is doing the dishes and filling out unemployment – lol.

I love conflict, that’s what sets me apart. I’m not afraid of TENSION-OWW! (haha)

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Staying on my yellow brick road. And when the witches and monkeys try to snatch me, I click my shoes three times and I’m back on track.
