Hi Lital, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I, Lital Odelia, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I was a year away from earning my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology when I woke up one Sunday morning with an urge to design jewelry.

Consistency was never my strong suit, but jewelry was the one thing I kept pursuing. Until that Sunday in August of 2014, I had never even thought about designing jewelry, nor did I know how. I started with some pliers, chains, and cutters, and from there, a brand was born: NADIANDLO.

Since I was a young girl, I had always felt spiritually connected to my grandmother, who passed away when I was two. I always said I would name something after her; this was my opportunity and my calling. Her name was Nadia, and my initials are LO. Together, they form NADIANDLO, meaning hope and creation of God.

Through design, I have been able to pursue my passion for people. Designing gave me an outlet to meet many new people from all walks of life, allowing me to learn what drives them and what gives them their purpose. It helped me realize my maximum potential. I risked everything comfortable to pursue the unknown.

At the time of starting my jewelry brand, I was working in the corporate world for a bank and going to school to become an occupational therapist. But I realized the world was bigger than I thought, and this was my chance to break free.

And now, with my cultivated passion for people, I am beginning a new journey in transformative life coaching, as a certified coach, where I can help guide others to reach their true destiny and walk in their most aligned path.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story. Has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Nothing worth having comes easy.

Initially, as a 22-year-old who was only familiar with the structure and having a plan for my life, wanting to break free from that comfort was a shock both to me and everyone around me. This was also the beginning of social media, and it wasn’t as common for people to start their own brands. I didn’t even truly know what it would be; I just knew that I loved to design and make my visions come to life.

I always pride myself on being different, and for the first few years, the pieces I created were more edgy—not the typical everyday style you would find someone wearing. As a result, I got placed in a lot of editorials, but that didn’t translate into sales. I knew that I needed to make this a career. I still had to be authentic while creating designs that would appeal to a larger audience.

I also had to learn to respect the opinions of others but not let them consume me. I was lucky to have a supportive family who trusted my vision, but there were many people who, for so long, didn’t take me and this new path of mine seriously. People are always going to have something to say, but others’ limitations should never be yours.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a business owner, I wear many hats. I do everything from sourcing and designing to photography and social media and everything in between. Aside from our online store, we sell at multiple markets across LA during the week. You can find us at the Melrose Trading Post, Melrose Place Farmers Market, CSUN, Rose Bowl, Vintageland, and some private corporate events.

Being able to connect in person with our customers is something I take great pride in and is probably the one thing that sets us apart from many other online jewelry brands. We’ve truly made an effort over the past 10 years to be consistent in where our customers can find us, and they can feel assured that we are always there to help them.

We are also known for having quality jewelry at affordable prices! Our pieces range from sterling silver and gold-filled to very strong overlays, ensuring the longevity of our jewelry at truly amazing prices. We have had hundreds of returning customers, which is a true testament to the quality and satisfaction of shopping with Nadiandlo.

For many years, we have given customers the option to customize their own pieces, which I personally think is the best aspect of our brand! Every person is unique, and their jewelry should be a reflection of that. We also have a great team of girls who really represent the brand in a genuine and authentic way. Without them, the past ten years of Nadiandlo would not have been possible.
