Meet Justin Miller of Limitless365 Fitness in Cerritos

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Miller.

Justin, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started L365 in 2012 after a trip around the world changed my perspective on what a “healthy” life really means. I got fed up with living the life everyone else expected me to have . . .

So I quit.

I walked out of conventional living and set off on a trip around the world. This is when I finally asked the single most important question of my life:

“Who do I WANT to be?”

The answer I found on a rooftop in Japan was that I wanted to be better—to have an impact, to share the truth, and to get really great at just being human.

Now, I’m a misfit. A professional troublemaker. A challenger to the status quo.

I set out with the daily intention of creating the life that I WANT to have regardless of whether or not it ruffles some feathers along the way. I focus every day on doing more of what I love and less of what I don’t, all the while contributing to something much bigger than myself.

Because life is not meant to have limits.

It’s meant to be challenging, uncomfortable and best of all, messy.

And when it’s all said and done, I want my last words in this life to be . . .

I WIN.

Now I write about how you can eat more real food, do more real training, and get more out of your inner psychology so that you can live a healthier, happier, life without limits.

The purpose of L365 is to break the conventional rules about what it takes to live a healthy, fit, happy and purposeful life.

By telling stories, sharing experiences, and writing detailed science based articles – Focusing on Nutrition, Training, Psychology, and Practical Philosophy.

You’ll also encounter the occasional article on entrepreneurship, culture, relationships, and wealth. I realize that there are a lot of health and fitness sites and that I have to earn your trust and respect with every article, video, and newsletter that I make.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been a fairly smooth ride. Most of the struggles along the way have been psychological. Fighting “imposter syndrome.” Am I really good enough to do this?

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Limitless365 Fitness – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I use a common sense approach to health and fitness that’s not so common so that you can seamlessly integrate eating better, moving more, and mastering your psychology into your life without it taking over.
