Meet Farbod Phil Rezvani of Di Nalli Construction in West Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Farbod Phil Rezvani.

Farbod Phil, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I moved to Los Angeles right after receiving my Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. I began my career working the Los Angeles Unified School District where I eventually managed a team of 32 people for the construction of about 2,400 projects totaling more than $4B in project value. In 2011, I resigned as the Sr. Project manager and started a consulting firm with a direct contract with the Inspector General of the Los Angeles Community College. My responsibilities included the oversight of investigating fraud and general construction defect.

My goal, though, was to become a design builder. I earned my license as an Architect, Contractor, Real-Estate Broker, Certified Construction Manager and other certifications and licenses. Upon completing my contract with the Inspector General, I began building high-end single-family homes. In 2014, I built 2 homes and in 2015, I built 8 homes, 2016 I built 16 homes and have continued to grow my company.

The standards of my company are simple. To deliver the highest quality construction with unique design ideas to our consumer.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My challenges began with lack of funding. However, I was able to earn the trust of my investors by delivering the projects on time and on budget thereby yielding profits that are impressive.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Di Nalli Construction – what should we know?
I am known as the top spec builder in West Los Angeles. We do strictly high-end new construction single family homes.

My team of project managers, real-estate investors, real-estate agents and all my sub-contractors who have become part of our family.
