Meet Eliza Christie of Aiimita Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eliza Christie.

Eliza, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Nine years ago, I left a career in corporate advertising to chase a feeling I couldn’t ignore. I packed my things and moved to Greece, in search of what truly set my soul on fire—and I found it in music.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in every corner of the industry, determined to understand not just how it works, but where I belong within it. I’ve been an Artist Liaison in Mykonos, a Talent Buyer and Production Manager in New York City, and the Director of Events for a venue in Bali. I’ve worked with global brands like Circo Loco in Thailand, Get Lost in Brooklyn, and with A-list artists around the world.

After years of exploration, I realized my true passion was in artist management—the intersection where creativity meets care, and vision meets execution. For the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to that path, and recently, I founded my own company, Aiimita Management—built on the belief that artists deserve to be led with both strategy and soul.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—but I don’t think it’s supposed to be. The twists, turns, highs, and lows are what make the journey meaningful.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that understanding what you don’t want is just as important as knowing what you do. The hardest part for me was taking that initial leap—leaving a secure corporate job to move overseas and chase something I couldn’t quite define yet.

Uncertainty is terrifying, but it’s also transformative. I had to learn to embrace the unknown and trust myself enough to start over. When you allow yourself that kind of freedom—to truly explore who you are and what you’re capable of—something incredible happens. That’s when purpose starts to reveal itself.

Since I was young, my dad used to tell me what it really takes to make a great football player—it’s not about size or even skill, it’s about the heart. It’s the grit, the passion, the fire that keeps you going when things get tough. I’ve carried that belief with me throughout my life, particularly in my music career. This industry can test you in ways few others do, but no matter what challenges I faced, quitting was never an option. It’s the ones with the heart, they keep going, and here I am.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m the Founder and CEO of Aiimita Management — a boutique, artist-driven music management company dedicated to discovering and developing emerging talent from the ground up.

Born just a year ago, Aiimita is rooted in the Chickasaw word Aiimita, meaning ambitious and adventurous — a reflection of both our artists and our approach. We champion bold voices and authentic artistry, building long-term careers through collaboration, creativity, and care.

Aiimita was founded from a deep, lifelong passion for music. Our work is personal; as one of our artists said, ‘we work like family.’ I lead with an artist-first mentality, always prioritizing their thoughts, ideas, and feelings — not just as artists, but as people. For me, management is more than just strategy or logistics; it’s about trust, protecting creative integrity, and cultivating human potential.

I’m empathetic and passionate, with thick skin and a soft heart. What sets me apart is an unwavering love for the music and the people behind it. This isn’t just a career — it’s an obsession. I believe hard work, dedication, and perseverance often outweigh talent alone, and that’s the ethos at the core of everything we do at Aiimita.

It’s been such an exciting year, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far. Above all, I’m proud to work with two artists who inspire me every day — Lilya Mandre and VXSION — not only for their immense talent and work ethic, but for who they are as people.

Lilya Mandre has truly carved out her place on the international stage this year. From supporting Keinemusik, Swedish House Mafia, and Black Coffee, to holding a summer residency at Hï Ibiza with Damian Lazarus, selling out 3,000-person venues, and captivating festival crowds across Europe and North America — it’s been extraordinary to watch. Lilya’s fearless creativity and dedication in the studio have led to record signings with Mind of a Genius, IN/ROTATION (Insomniac), Crosstown Rebels, Diynamic, and more. Lilya brings such raw joy and emotional depth to every set, and she’s quickly becoming one of electronic music’s most exciting new voices.

This year also marked a major milestone — I partnered with Dina Sahim of SALXCO, who is now co-managing Lilya with me. I’m beyond excited about this collaboration. Dina is someone I deeply admire, not only for her success, but for the integrity and heart she brings into everything she does.

As for VXSION, he’s had a breakout year of his own — playing more than 70 shows worldwide since signing with me just a year ago. It was his first full year of touring, and the growth has been incredible to witness. Beyond the stage, his production work continues to stand out — from his official remix of The Temper Trap’s ‘Sweet Disposition’ to releases on TH3RD BRAIN, Def Jam, and Woody Trees. We’ve also secured upcoming releases with Dawn Patrol, Sony Brazil, and IN/ROTATION (Insomniac). VXSION is one of the most gifted producers I’ve ever heard, and I’m so proud of how far he’s come in such a short time.

What makes you happy?
Before I could even speak my first words, I was passionate about music. My mother used to sing to me — not just to make me happy, but to create an experience that connected us. From a young age, I learned that music is a collection of stories we tell, one human to another; that it carries a powerful message — to empower, to sustain, to love, to belong.

What makes me happiest is creating experiences that move people through sound. Music reminds us that we’re not alone — and being part of helping artists share that feeling with the world is the greatest joy I know.
