Meet Daniel Weis and David Nola of Vice Legal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Weis and David Nola.

David and Daniel have been friends since attending law school in Orange County, California. Both partners have long track records of individual success within the greater Los Angeles business communities and their eventual partnership became Vice Legal. Their respective tenures in commercial investments and alcohol distribution were the catalysts for the firm’s focus on corporate transactions related to structuring, compliance, controlled substance licensing, and a niche specialization in California cannabis law.

Has it been a smooth road?
Assisting clients in a constantly evolving cannabis business landscape poses its own challenges because the local, state, and federal rules and regulations, which govern the industry on any given day are a moving target and we have had to be flexible, responsive, and creative to produce positive results.
