Today we’d like to introduce you to COVERBOY TTG.

Hi COVERBOY, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
NAJEE CHANDLER
COVERBOYTTG
Artist. Entrepreneur. Executive. Creative Visionary.
Najee Chandler, professionally known as COVERBOYTTG, is a multidisciplinary recording artist, entrepreneur, fashion designer, entertainment executive, creative director, and business strategist building at the intersection of music, fashion, film, television, and enterprise.
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, COVERBOYTTG developed his creative identity through hip-hop, fashion, visual arts, and the entrepreneurial mindset that would eventually shape his approach to business. What began as a passion for music evolved into a larger mission: to build beyond the spotlight, develop opportunities for others, and establish the infrastructure necessary to turn creative talent into sustainable enterprises.
Known for his versatility and executive mindset, COVERBOYTTG operates across multiple industries, combining artistic expression with brand development, artist acquisition, marketing, business development, content creation, and strategic partnerships. His philosophy is rooted in a simple principle: success is not limited to participating in an industry when you can help build the infrastructure that moves it forward.
MUSIC & ARTISTIC LEGACY
COVERBOYTTG’s foundation remains rooted in music. As a recording artist, rapper, singer, songwriter, composer, and creative collaborator, he has developed a catalog that explores multiple sounds and influences, including hip-hop, trap, R&B, Afrobeat, and UK drill.
His projects include the Crowns Come & Go series and Que Sora Sora, a 23-track release featuring records such as “Neek,” “Much About Nothing,” and “Take It Easy.” His broader artistic catalog reflects an interest in storytelling, experimentation, and creating music that reaches beyond a single genre.
Throughout his career, COVERBOYTTG has pursued distribution, project management, brand partnerships, and collaborative opportunities across the entertainment industry. His professional journey has brought him into contact with artists, producers, entertainment companies, and creative professionals associated with different corners of hip-hop and popular culture.
Rather than limiting himself to performing, he has increasingly focused on the business and operational structures behind the music: artist development, creative direction, marketing, distribution opportunities, and the development of platforms that help artists expand their reach.
ENTERTAINMENT EXECUTIVE & ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
As the founder and CEO of XCCESS U Inc., COVERBOYTTG is developing a business platform designed to connect artists, entrepreneurs, brands, and creative professionals with opportunities across entertainment and commerce.
Operating under the philosophy “Xccess U, giving you access in excess,” the company focuses on artist acquisition, business development, brand strategy, marketing, consulting, creative services, and entertainment partnerships.
Through XCCESS U, COVERBOYTTG works to bridge the gap between creative talent and the business systems required to develop, position, and monetize that talent. His approach emphasizes relationship building, strategic positioning, intellectual property, commercial opportunities, and long-term growth.
His work also encompasses A&R-oriented activities, talent evaluation, artist acquisition, project development, and industry relationship management. Through professional relationships and opportunities connected to the music business, including mentorship from Paul Ogunmefun and work connected to Universal Music Group through Paul Ring, he continues to explore ways to connect promising artists with meaningful industry opportunities.
COVERBOYTTG has also developed an entertainment partnership framework intended to coordinate talent acquisition, strategic development, production, promotional execution, and distribution opportunities among creative partners.
His objective is to build more than a management or marketing company. He is working toward an integrated business ecosystem in which artists and creators can access the resources, relationships, and operational support necessary to advance their careers.
TELEVISION, FILM & ORIGINAL CONTENT
COVERBOYTTG’s executive vision extends into television, documentary filmmaking, digital media, and original entertainment.
Through his executive and curatorial work associated with Uplift TV and the broader Uplift entertainment platform, he has focused on content opportunities, artist visibility, programming, marketing, and distribution. He has described the network’s reach as extending to audiences in 150 countries.
His developing projects reflect an interest in using media not only to entertain but also to document personal journeys, reveal untold stories, and create platforms for emerging talent.
Among these initiatives is THE MIRACLE JOURNEY, a documentary project presented by XCCESS U and developed for Uplift TV. The project centers on Miracle Williams and is intended to bring viewers into a personal story through documentary storytelling and emotionally compelling interviews.
Another developing concept is THE LINEUP, an artist-focused reality show built around the search for the next standout recording artist. The concept combines talent discovery, competition, personality, and the process of identifying an artist with the potential to rise above the competition.
His wider creative interests include film production, visual storytelling, music-video development, production coordination, creative direction, and original intellectual property.
Through these projects, COVERBOYTTG is positioning himself to participate in the development and business of entertainment from multiple sides: as a creator, executive, curator, strategist, and entrepreneur.
FASHION, DESIGN & INTERNATIONAL BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Fashion has remained an essential part of COVERBOYTTG’s identity.
As a model, designer, and brand developer, he has pursued opportunities spanning runway fashion, editorial imagery, commercial modeling, visual campaigns, and independent fashion entrepreneurship.
His modeling experience includes participation in New York Fashion Week shows and fashion-related opportunities associated with major industry brands and creative teams. He has also pursued relationships and opportunities involving established fashion labels, lookbooks, modeling agencies, and commercial brands.
His entrepreneurial vision is embodied in MAN BEAR PEAR, his footwear, apparel, and accessories brand.
Developed as a distinctive lifestyle and fashion identity, MAN BEAR PEAR represents his interest in merging design, exclusivity, culture, and business ownership. The brand’s development has included efforts to expand its footprint beyond the United States, including a joint-venture initiative connected to Italy.
His broader fashion vision also encompasses LÉDY BEAR PEAR, extending the creative universe into additional lifestyle and product opportunities.
For COVERBOYTTG, fashion is more than personal style. It is intellectual property, brand equity, product development, distribution, collaboration, and the creation of a recognizable identity that can grow beyond its founder.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CONSULTING & BUSINESS STRATEGY
Beyond music and fashion, COVERBOYTTG is developing a wider portfolio of entrepreneurial and consulting initiatives.
Through XCCESS U Inc., he is building services around brand development, marketing, artist consulting, commercial partnerships, business development, promotional strategy, and creative project coordination.
His consulting vision serves a broad creative community, including musicians, actors, models, designers, photographers, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and emerging business owners. The goal is to help clients refine their positioning, strengthen their operations, identify opportunities, and approach their industries with a more strategic mindset.
His interests also extend into government contracting and small-business development, including work toward a structured capability, procurement, and business-development framework for XCCESS U.
Across these initiatives, COVERBOYTTG’s emphasis is on creating systems that connect creativity to commerce. He approaches business as an opportunity to develop not only products and services but also repeatable processes, partnerships, and infrastructure capable of supporting long-term growth.
CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
COVERBOYTTG’s creative skill set extends into computer graphics, visual design, music composition, production, storytelling, and the development of original concepts.
His interests in digital art and emerging creative technologies have also included the development of NFT collections and digital assets.
He continues to explore ways to combine visual identity, entertainment, branding, and intellectual property into cohesive creative properties with opportunities for expansion across multiple platforms.
His approach reflects a multidisciplinary mindset: music can become a visual experience, a fashion brand can become a cultural identity, and an original story can evolve into a larger entertainment property.
LEADERSHIP, MENTORSHIP & PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
COVERBOYTTG believes that creative success carries a responsibility to build, teach, and create opportunities for others.
His involvement in mentorship, artist development, creative consultation, and educational initiatives reflects an interest in helping aspiring talent understand both their craft and the business decisions that influence their futures.
He has also pursued personal development and academic interests, including psychology and sociology, which have informed his interest in human behavior, leadership, relationships, and the motivations behind success.
His leadership journey includes his involvement in Freemasonry, where he has identified himself as a Master Mason and Worshipful Master. These experiences form part of his broader interest in discipline, personal responsibility, leadership, brotherhood, and service.
His philosophy brings together lessons from the streets, the studio, the fashion industry, and the boardroom: awareness must be paired with structure, ambition must be paired with discipline, and opportunity must be paired with preparation.
AUTHOR: THE C.E.O. OF EVERYTHING
COVERBOYTTG is developing a book titled THE C.E.O. OF EVERYTHING, a personal and philosophical exploration of leadership, ambition, discipline, entrepreneurship, and the evolution from survival to ownership.
Through chapters such as “The CEO of Nothing,” the project examines the mindset required to build something meaningful before the world recognizes its value.
The book draws on his experiences across music, fashion, business, leadership, and personal development, blending executive principles with street philosophy and reflections on time, sacrifice, power, and responsibility.
One of its defining principles captures his approach to productivity and leadership:
“People ask me how I manage time. I don’t. I command it.”
The book represents another dimension of his larger mission: transforming personal experience into principles that can inform the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
THE VISION: BUILDING BEYOND THE SPOTLIGHT
COVERBOYTTG is building toward a future in which music, fashion, film, television, consulting, and entrepreneurship operate as connected parts of a larger enterprise.
Through XCCESS U Inc., MAN BEAR PEAR, original entertainment concepts, artist development, and his evolving body of creative work, he continues to pursue opportunities that extend beyond a single title or industry.
His ambition is not simply to become recognized for what he can create. It is to develop the businesses, relationships, intellectual property, and infrastructure that allow creative ideas to grow into enduring enterprises.
Najee Chandler is the entrepreneur behind the vision. COVERBOYTTG is the creative identity through which that vision moves. The mission is ownership, expansion, and building something that outlives the moment.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Where do I start? I don’t know whether it was my second best friend I would dominate cafeteria hallways and elementary parties.die to gun violence in my city. Or the same disheartening offense this time it was my little brother. Along the way to top I had to realize not everyone was going to make it. Not just because they did not want it as bad as me, but because the chances of creating the success that I have in the city I come from eyes wide is the age range that people die from in my city.. This became a feeling that normalized me to death and the understanding of abandonment or even survivors remorse. Those were my first challenges.. survival. Next figuring out what is this daunting craving that I have for the streets? Why do I know it so well and why did the streets know me better than I did at that time just like so many the groomed, for an outcome even Money couldn’t fix. As ironic, as it is, my comprehension skills are very high. I always ask questions. I was always forced to read and write down the definitions use not to mention where was derived from. One of my mini punishments I learned to appreciate that overlooked study time. Need is proficient in Minecraft and aware of my environment as I am today.. growing up with dyslexia. It’s very easy to misunderstand things.. whether it be, audio, visual, even explaining myself to people. I would have the sentence formulated so well in my head, but in transition to verbalizing it words would mix and match, which I would assume come to learn it to be a blessing from God.. one of my older cousins from my mother side named Gerald a.k.a. Black Tony Tony need to go to my attic in South Orange on 614 Varsity Rd. Where I grew some of my closest bonds.. he said he wanted to teach me something as he quit his headphones and a cassette tape. He told me this is hip-hop.. understanding I was familiar with poetry. He knew I would take to like kerosene to a Flame. After hearing hip-hop, for the first time, I was ecstatic wide eyed and eager to give it a try. I started to hear a tap on my mother’s glass table. I was nervous about how loud it was thinking she would come upstairs and reprimand me.. something in me Just would not let me care. The cadence started to match my heartbeat and my feet after.. my cousin showed me how to take the words that would alternate as my mind went over process. After some time I was able to control it. Probably a day or two I was Freestyling. There are so many obstacles I had to overcome and I would need so much more time to elaborate. What I will say is, I wouldn’t change it for the world. There is a phrase in the Quran. It says which one of thy blessings of thy Lord will the deny. With that being said that struggle started to feel like strength as my knowledge evolved to wisdom reminding me just as wise man said “ The journey is the destination “

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
There’s a phrase that is common. It’s one of my favorites.. I know a guy.. it has made me a lot of money. Not to mention.. It has helped me restructure communities reinforce the minds of the youth and further, my legacy.. you see, when people say they know a guy more than us likely when you’re looking to do it right they’re talking about me. I don’t want to come off vein so absorb narcissistic etc. To be honest, I put the tan on. I got the work done, and I made sure that I followed up again to solidify the rapport. I built, not just one company off my notoriety and Good name.. they don’t reach out to me because I can do the task, but because I can do it again and again and again. I also come with my own team who I vet out to make sure they are the best of the best.. that’s why at one of our companies our motto is XCCESS U Giving you access in excess !!

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
There’s no good time to be great so do it anyway. Think about it. How could you fit something great on a good amount of space. Most people trick their selves out of their spot. Paralyze by the intrusive thoughts that Foster bouts and uncertainty..Napoleon Hill said the recipe for success is not to plan for success, but to understand, you must fail and fail, and fail again that way you know what to implement when to implement it and how much time to spend implementing it knowledge is power. Questioning everything !
Make that little kid version of you proud. Focus on one break at a time and show them why you are here..
