Hi Chyna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in the beauty industry about three years ago, microblading and wanted to expand my menu of services. I learned about body sculpting saw the amazing results and knew right away it was something I wanted to do. I loved the idea of making people feel good about themselves as well as all the health benefits it could offer. Not to mention not a lot of spas were offering wood and Ice therapy.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all. Microblading started out very rocky because it wasn’t easy for people to allow you fresh out of school to do something so permanent to their face. The Body sculpting intrigued people a lot more because at the end of the day, we all want to look good and with all the benefits and amazing results how could you not want to try it out.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have a body sculpting business that specializes in wood and Ice therapy. I use special wood tools that have a firming effect on the skin as it activates the production of elastin/collagen. It also aids in toning, sculpting, blood circulation, pain management and cellulite. It helps to flatten the belly contour the waist, speed metabolism and rid of unwanted bulges. The beauty of the treatment is that it’s non-invasive and activates the lymphatic system allowing you to also rid toxins, reduce stress and anxiety. Our facials are anti-aging and help to reduce puffiness and wrinkles, shrinks the appearance of pores, contours jawline and reduces Doublechin. I am most proud of the results that I get every time I work on a client and how it makes them feel. What sets Figure8la apart from other companies is that my technique is not your typical body sculpting treatment; we top our service off with an ice treatment that burns calories, freezes the fat through the process of thermogenesis, alleviates inflammation and more which further improves the overall result. The treatment is for both men and women and great for athletes as well as post baby and post op.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I think to be successful, you have to be persistent, hungry as well as humble And always keep God first! He will always make a way out of no way! I know first hand. I also think who you are as person helps with success as well. People will always remember a person that has great energy and a good spirit, I always want to exude that because it’s important to have good relationships with people as well and to not burn bridges. Overall, if you want something bad enough you have to go for it and never give up. Cliche but it’s key.
