Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Orsborn.
Anna, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I ran away from home at 16 and found my path through experiencing anything and everything. I then had an awakening around 17 years of age. I came to understand that my time is valuable and my soul is a gift to this world. I went on to graduate high school and took on music as a full-time career. I knew that this was where I felt in most alignment with my purpose here on earth.
I then was able to reconnect with my family with no guilt of who I now was. I continued to network and create in Downtown Denver, Colorado. I started my own entertainment company called Annabelle Entertainment. I help Hip/Hop Fashion shows and brought all different types of artists together. I was able to headline these shows and create a bigger name for myself. I continued to have a direct vision of what I wanted to release and how each event correlated with the vibes of the music I was making. In 2019 I was gifted with the opportunity and alignment to move to Los Angeles with a full-time job, a luxury apartment and music management. Knowing that I wanted to move to CA for years but that this was truly Devine timing. There is not a day that goes by where I do not express my gratitude for the manifestations I have received.
Once I moved to LA, I started to work on my first Album titled “XI:XI”. This project represented this alignment and the fact that my angels have been with me working for me. The title means 11:11 and represents divinity and synchronicity. I expressed my journey through this project and the thoughts that have been flowing within. After my first show at The Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood, I dropped my album on January 11th, 2020. I held a release party in both LA & Denver Colorado for my fans. I am overjoyed with the response and the love from all of my supporters. I currently reside with my team, the love of my life and our two dogs in Mandeville Canyon. I am living the dream I have always seen.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There were many struggles along the way, but each one taught me something that has helped me in situations moving forward. It has been as balanced on the smooth side as well. I am so thankful for the process and my personal journey.
Can you give our readers some background on your music?
The brand of Annabelle is always evolving. As am I. Being an artist is a balance of expressing your true self alongside your expressive self. Throughout my process, I am coming into my true self and am finding peace with my truth. I want to create safe spaces for individuals to thrive, express, innovate and eliminate their light. I believe my music is one of the items that can create this space for individuals in their everyday life. I am known for saying what is true to me and what I truly love/feel. I speak about my own process and navigating the music industry as a female, my love life and just leveling up in all areas of my life. I want to take the spotlight off of myself and shine a light into the world. As I raise my frequency, the ones around me rise to the occasion. This is the same with myself. As I spend time loving or doing what I love, my vibration rises and it inspires me. These are the things I enjoy writing about and sharing these concepts with the world.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plans are to stay balanced and keep following my heart. Music is a gift and in order to create, I need to be at peace. As this year has already brought several changes to the day to day life, I am learning to slow down and take care of my mind, body and soul. Through this, I am receiving my ideals and insight on my next plans. I have a new project coming out within the next couple of months. It will be the next step in my career as I have some special partnerships that will give me the support I have been looking for. Overall, stoked and thankful for what is and what is to come!
