Meet Adam Salcedo of ACS Pro Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Salcedo.

Hi Adam, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my finance career in February of 2014. I working for a few luxury hotels in Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles up until Summer of 2019, when I began to work for a family tax & accounting firm, where I learned to file taxes and other professional services. Soon after, I received my notary commission and began providing Notary public services. In April of 2024 I decided to start taking on my own Bookkeeping clients, filed my DBA ACS Pro Services, and by November I was ready to start investing in the programs and equipment I needed to file tax returns. After gaining some steam this past 2025 filing season and building my initial clientele, I opened my office in Eagle Rock, CA where I continue to grow my bookkeeping business. I am excited to see what the future holds and how my office will be received by the community this up coming Tax Season.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Its been interesting, the tax side of things has been pretty awesome. I set appointments with my clients and take care of them in a timely manner. When it comes to my bookkeeping clients its not so much the work that’s difficult, its finding clients that understand the value of the service you provide them that is difficult. Aside from that, you get a lot of robocallers and telemarketers tryin to scam you often, and in that journey to find quality clients, you end up with a few you end up recommending look for services else where. So far things are smooth, but I cant get comfortable, so I’m always offering services to potential new clients.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business offers bookkeeping, payroll, notary public, and tax preparation services. I offer services in person and over the phone. I am available by appointment throughout the week and take walk ins on the weekend. One of the things that set me apart from national brand tax and accounting offices and high volume offices is the accuracy and care of service I am able to provide. I don’t over book, I wont cancel on you with a bogus excuse and reschedule over and over, and I don’t take on more work than reasonable, which makes me more available to my clients and allows me to provide accurate service at a fair rate.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My aunt Martha and Cousin Jessica were instrumental in helping jump start the tax prep skills I needed that helped me gain the confidence I needed. My parents were also a huge help as their belief in everything I do helped me get through the uncertain times, and their investment in my business helped me to be able to offer a more comfortable space for my clients. Most of all my wife and kids for giving me the drive and pushing me with their love and belief in my skills and business knowledge. If it wasn’t for my wife I wouldn’t of found the perfect location for my office in my hometown of Eagle Rock, CA.

  • Business Tax Returns Starting at $350.00
  • Bookkeeping Services Starting at $300 per month + one time fee of $150 to open you books
  • Payroll Services $50 a week for up to 5 employees +$150 fee to open your account
