Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has never been a smooth road. In fact, the bumps in the roads are the ones carried my life.
I do not to see them as struggles, I try to see them as challenges.
It seems like small challenges are scheduled to come every week, mid-sized challenges are scheduled to come every other month, and big challenges are scheduled to come every other year.
I think those challenges come as long as I live, because “living” is the hardest thing.

I tend to think of crisis events as the hardest “challenges”, like, 911 in NY, the 2011 earthquake in Japan which came fairly soon after the Market Crush in 2008, the recent price hike in 2024 led by the Russian War which came fairly soon after the COVID…
I was living in NY when 911 happened.
I was living in the 2011 earthquake happened.
I am witnessing the massive price hike in California now.
I am sure wherever you are, those unexpected crisis happens, and I feel like those are the biggest challenges for anyone.

Every time those “Challenges” come, I have to work harder to overcome them.
I think when the crisis event happens, it’ll separate the ones who work harder and one who quit.

I want to be the one who works harder.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am known as a guitar player, but I make as much money, if not more, as a film music maker/sound designer.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
I loved playing baseball when I was a kid, loved the feeling of hitting dingers.
