Life & Work with Sanaz Riggio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sanaz Riggio.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I moved to Los Angeles from Sweden in 2006 to finish my Master’s in Molecular Biology at UCLA but I always had a passion for art and photography. After living in LA for a couple of years, I realized that I could make my passion a reality so I started my photography business in 2010 as a side business. Long story short and lots of anxiety, I left my corporate job in 2015 to pursue my photography passion full time and I haven’t looked back.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely, not a smooth road and I’m sure most business owners can relate that you have to put your time in…It’s so easy to give up when you fail but you just have to keep on moving forward to be able to do something you’re passionate about.

I’m a photographer specializing in wedding and lifestyle photography. I’m a natural light photographer and I absolutely love capturing people.
