Today we’d like to introduce you to Trinytei Aaron.
Hi Trinytei, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Just a brief about me, I was raised by a single mother in orange county CA. two moments really shaped how I started and why I do this work. When I was eight, my Valentine’s Day gift from my 10-year-old boyfriend stopped everything — all the moms gathered to watch because it was they were proud but also a tiny bit envious. Two of them had just given birth, and I remember them talking so passionately about how hard it was being single mothers and how unreliable their partners were. Even as a child, I knew I wanted moms to feel joy and support on their journeys.
A few years later, my mom was in a terrible car accident, and at just 11 I became a mother’s helper, caring for my sibling because she couldn’t at the time. I was excited to help. That’s when I realized how often mothers — especially Black mothers — are left without real support.
Those experiences led me to develop Luxury Baby Concierge with over 14+ years as a nanny, caregiver, birth doula, midwife’s assistant. Our team has over 75 experience today we provide doula services, childbirth education, and mentorship for doulas, while also working with employers and firms to provide employee benefits that protect families and their dependents through every stage of life. At the heart of it, my mission is to make sure no mother or father feels abandoned and every family feels cared for with dignity, respect, and joy. It is my mission to ensure employers have benefits that can change the world.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Caregiving is a lifelong commitment, and learning to balance that with running a business has been one of the biggest challenges. Being a birth doula is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding — there’s a high turnover rate in the field for a reason. Over time, I had to adjust my approach and make my business work for me, instead of letting it control me.
Funding and securing sponsorships has also been a challenge, as building a Black-owned maternity and childcare firm that addresses systemic disparities takes resources. But every obstacle has taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of building a supportive community. Those experiences shaped Luxury Baby Concierge into a business that supports not only families but also the caregivers who serve them, making it sustainable and impactful for the long term for everyone.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At Luxury Baby Concierge, we’re most proud of our employee benefits program. That’s really what sets us apart and what we’ve become known for. We specialize in supporting single mothers, teen mothers, executive moms, and Black moms—groups who often carry a unique set of challenges that deserve specialized care.
What we want employers and employees to know is that support services are available, and we encourage them to truly take advantage of what’s out there. Our services help families navigate one of the most important times in their lives with less stress and more confidence.
What makes us different is our team and our flexibility. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we adjust to meet families where they are and ensure the support feels tailored, personal, and empowering. For your readers, I want them to know that my company is about more than just services — it’s about building systems of care that uplift families and communities, and about proving that quality, culturally sensitive support can be both luxurious and accessible to families everywhere.
What matters most to you? Why?
At Luxury Baby Concierge, what matters most is care, equity, and empowerment. We know that pregnancy, birth, and all caregiving are life-changing experiences, and no one should have to navigate them without support.
We are driven by the belief that every mother and every family deserves access to compassionate, culturally sensitive care—especially single mothers, teen mothers, and Black mothers who are often overlooked or underserved.
What sets us apart is our commitment to train and educate providers, firms, and families. We build a plan that works for you not matter your goals. Our doula trainings help to produce competent and well trained doulas who feel well equipped for the job from day one.
We provide employee benefits that protect families and firms through every stage of life and work. Our benefits offer sought after services like household management and childcare solutions that ease the daily load.
Creating unique, memorable touches like our life-size maternity statues for celebrating and honoring motherhood.
Why? Because we’ve lived it. We understand the challenges of balancing caregiving, career, and community—and we’ve built LBC to make the road smoother for others and to honor that journey.
At the heart of LBC is this simple truth: when mothers and families are supported, entire communities thrive. With over more than 10 years in birth work, I’ve supported countless families through out their parenting journey, and I’ve mentored other doulas to build sustainable careers.
Our mission is to be the partner families and employers can rely on to protect, nurture, and empower their best assets and we hope you join us on the way!
