Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven Che.

Hi Steven, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hi, I’m Steven. A few years ago, I moved to California looking for new opportunities and a fresh start. It definitely wasn’t always easy. There’s a lot to figure out when you’re in a new place, from getting used to the culture to learning how things work in the workplace. I started out learning the ins and outs of warehouse and supply chain operations, just trying to understand how everything fits together and keeps moving smoothly.
Of course, I’ve made mistakes too, and I’ve had to work overtime through the night to solve problems. When pressure comes, you have no choice but to face it.
I grew into someone who takes ownership of operations—keeping inventory in check, making sure shipments go out smoothly, and handling all the moving parts behind the scenes. It’s been a wild ride, with plenty of late nights and lessons learned the hard way, but I’m really grateful it brought me here.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been totally smooth. There’s just so much to figure out when you move to a new country. Learning the language, navigating cultural differences, and honestly, sometimes second-guessing if you made the right choice.
On top of that, a lot of people didn’t really get what I was doing at first, or they didn’t know my brand, so I really had to show up and prove myself. That meant putting in the extra hours, staying consistent, and slowly building trust. There were plenty of late nights, mistakes, and moments where I doubted everything. But looking back, those experiences really taught me resilience and how to just keep going.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about PrintKK?
I’m part of PrintKK, a print-on-demand brand, but what we do goes beyond just printing. We want every person to have something that feels truly theirs. Whether it’s a gift for themselves or a keepsake for a friend.

What matters most to you?
For me, what matters most is a happy customer. I’m just like them—I get that little rush when you know a package is on its way. So I pour that feeling into my work, trying to make their unboxing moment just as exciting.
I pay attention to every detail during the process and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so the whole experience feels seamless. And honestly, I couldn’t do it without the team. We really support each other, and that collaboration is what allows us to consistently deliver those special moments.
