Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabine Niederberghaus .

Hi Sabine, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Horses have been part of my entire life- I had my first pony at the age of 4 – Growing up in Germany in an Equestrian family I was the only one not wanting to live the competitive part of having horses but live them and learn about them and enjoy them in nature – learn from them and appreciate their amazing behaviors and extraordinary energies – That is what I do here in Topanga with my horses at my Equine leadership Program – the powerful alternative to Equine therapy – my horses are your therapists – anyway my life is. a complex story since I lived on different continents – leaving Germany at the age of 18 starting my own Watersport schools in Kenya – the Indian Ocean mesmerized me at young age me starting windsurfing at 14 – Becoming an instructor – 10 years there I went back to Europe to obtain a Business Degree – that brought me to the US for an MBA program – I then decided that LA would be my place & my intuition proofed me right – 33 years in Topanga now – built my ranch w my own hands so to speak – from bare land to sn oasis – more in person

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Life never is without struggles – it is the way one deals with them & how we manage those struggles – something that we learn dealing with horses – always alert – always cautious & trusting our intuitions & think positively

We’ve been impressed with The Equine Leadership Program, Inc , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The powerful alternative to Equine Therapy – Our horses are Lusitanos from Portugal & Brazil & Andalusians from Spain – that said their breeds handled correctly speak for courage and strength- My boys live a free herd life and therefore interact w humans in their natural instincts which sets us apart from most places that do or market Equine Therapy – We build T.E.A..M.S – Together Everyone Achieves More is what we strongly believe in & project to our clients – We build TRUST – We create a better & profound COMMUNICATION- We establish a high level of SELF-MASTERY – We teach the importance of a perfect timing of SENDING & RECEIVING signals – We also create new CONFIDENCE in people – We stand for SAFETY around our Majestic Gentle Giants – Your Mentors – Your Guides – Your Teachers – We say “Grab The Reins” in your life & Be brave to step out of your comfort zone – Our horses are just amazing & have been accomplishing those tasks with our many clients – A beautiful way to make a difference in other people’s lives – whether in personal or corporate setting
