Hi Na’ama Kivi, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Kivi Services LLC started in 2019 at the height of COVID . I was interested in working for myself and started my commercial cleaning business with little knowledge about the industry. With years of experience and leadership, Kivi Services LLC has become an international commercial cleaning company.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There were times when I got fed up, sleepless nights, and learning to understanding different cultures, languages, and backgrounds, I prevailed. Every day can be challenging but navigating through it with positivity eases the obstacles.

I am the CEO and founder of Kivi Services LLC. I pretty much operate all aspects of Kivi Services LLC. Marketing, budgeting, planning, hiring, and training. What sets Kivi Services LLC apart from other businesses is that we solely focus on customer service satisfaction and customizable disinfect/sanitizing cleaning services. We are a black, woman, American owned company and we take pride in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe in luck, I believe in blessings. I have been blessed with the opportunities that Kivi Services LLC has received.
